Interaction with Guests
We are here most of the time. Normally breakfast, or when you need a bottle of wine or a few beers from our "store" (kitchen in main house). When families with kids rent the whole cabin... Come use the swing set, trampoline, play with our kids :). Also have play station and movie "rentals" at the main house. We take donations for a local charity.
Nice, respectful of nature. We don't have zip lines or atvs for a reason.
This was the perfect place to stay for our first night in Costa Rica. The view is amazing! Kim is a super nice host and we had a wonderful breakfast. Don't be intimidated by the road up to the place, it's not as bad as it looks. Would definitely stay here again!
About the Host, Kimberly
Travelled around the world with mom and dad since I was little, hoping my little ones will too, starting with this move. Owned a bar for several years, love mom and pop places from breweries to craft stores. Studied as a meso-american archaeologist for several years, some post-grad work, and may be able to get to know Turrialba here in CR a little better. Looking forward to desining my own boutique hotel from the ground up (with LOTS of hubby input, of course)- wordly, comfortable, welcoming to everyone no matter who or what you are.
