An amazing value!! The staff at Casa 69 is so helpful and check in was a breeze. My room was huge and comfy and the outdoor areas of the home are so lovely. Several cool bars and restaurants are within 2-3 blocks. Make sure to check out Mercado La California, a very hip, collaborative food truck park and outdoor bar.

A very beutiful and stylish hotel. Frindly welcoming and nice rooms and breakfast A weak point: unfortunately my room was close to a tram or train line..horn and noise from 4 am every 20 mns

Our stay at Casa 69 was great! It is very close to downtown and the airport, parking was easy.

Its an ok place to stay but you get what you pay for. The ceiling fan didn't either. Also the shower had hair in it from a previous guest. This is more like a hostel.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND BOOKING HERE. My experience with them was very disappointing to say the least. My husband and I were looking forward to staying here based on all the good reviews and the fact that they were able to arrange a driver to pick us up. Unfortunately, like another guest stated, the driver took us to A DIFFERENT HOTEL without notifying us. So of course, when we ended up at a place called Hotel 1492 we were worried and emailed Casa 69. Here was our email: " Hello, I had a quick question. The driver that picked us up brought us to Hotel 1492. Are we at the right place? Thank you!" -May 6, 2016 We didn't get an email response until the next morning and it simply stated: "I am very sorry but we were overbooked with long term stays so we made a reservation at a hotel 10 minute walk from ours & is rated higher than us on (URL HIDDEN) You got an upgrade from the junior queen room you booked. Is there a problem with the hotel?" -May 7, 2016 I'm sorry, but this is absolutely unacceptable. We booked our stay several months in advance, they should not be overbooked. If you read reviews on TripAdvisor apparently that happens quite frequently. I wish I would have checked there before booking them through AirBnb. But the real nail in the coffin of why I wouldn't recommend them is the utter lack of communication. We called them twice upon our arrival at the airport because the driver was not there yet. At that time, they should have informed us they were overbooked and sending us to a different hotel. Then we wouldn't be worrying all night about if we were in a safe place or not. Also, just like the other negative guest review, we had a shuttle picking us up the next day which we had to rearrange. Normally the shuttle companies don't accept last minute changes, but considering the circumstances they were willing to make an exception. Do yourself a favor and just book directly with the "sister" hotel, Hotel 1492. They are well rated on TripAdvisor, the staff is very friendly, and the rooms are comfortable. That way you won't have to worry once you arrive if the hotel will be overbooked and you have to head to a different place and rearrange other transfers. If you rent a car it probably will be no big deal, just more of an inconvenience than anything, but either way, I would say why create extra hassle for yourself. Luckily, the place we did end up staying was very charming and the staff was friendly. It was just nerve wracking trying to figure out if we were in the correct place and what we were going to do the next morning for our shuttle. And infuriating that they had the opportunity to communicate with us and chose not to.

I stayed one night here. Room was very nice and clean. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the museums and shopping areas. I had an early flight the next morning so I didn't get breakfast although it's normally included. The hotel is located in a sketchy area, however, I felt safe inside the hotel. Regardless, I would caution anyone to be aware when walking to and from the hotel.

We enjoy working with animals & yes we have dogs & cats at the hotel that we rescued. We love animals, the four legged kind.
