Overall Guest Satisfaction

  • Georgina, Kolja's mum made us very welcome giving us lunch when we arrived and suggesting places for us to go and arranging accommodation for our next stop!
We were given the large room which was spacious and airy with a balcony and a fantastic view over the harbour and old town. The apartment was very well situated for visits to the old town, the beach and the Riva. We also walked through the Forest Nature Reserve to the beautiful swimming (and less crowded) area of Bene, - a walk well worth the effort.
We did need the air con on at night to sleep as we had to close the windows against city noise.
Overall though, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

  • Perfect location, amazing hospitality and comfy and spacious room and house. Of course, AMAZING view.
Our bus was late and out phone wasnt working so we weren't met at the station (our fault!) but the directions on air bnb made the place extremely easy to find, 5 mins walk away from everything! Great hospitality, really homely feel, great home away from home. RECOMMEND

  • Our time in Split was awesome- thanks to Kolja and especially his Mom and Dad! They welcomed us like family into their home, and provided an amazing window into local life. The apartment is lovely, and in an excellent location close to Diocletian's palace, beaches, restaurants, and all transportation including Island ferries. Gorgi and Tomo will make your stay interesting, safe, and exciting. They are truly wonderful people. I will definitely stay there again next time I am in Split!

  • I stayed with a friend at Koljia's house for 3 days. There were his parents.
The room was very clean and spacious, moreover we could enjoy the beautiful sight of Split's port from our balcony.
The flat is situated 5 minutes on foot from the bus station, trains, ferries, and the Diocletian palace. Very very convenient and so easy to find thanks to the huge red letters at the top of the building but Koljia's mother kindly came to pick us.
Everybody was so nice to us, helpful and accommodating. They do their best to make us feel comfortable.
    Breakfast was also delicious.
Well, staying at Koljia's house was a very fun and pleasant experience. If we travel again in Croatia, we will go back there without any hesitation!
    Thank you for everything.

  • Can't thank Georgina & Tomo enough. They made us feel extremely welcome. Georgina provided a wonderful choice at breakfast and offered us some good advice with restaurants and beaches. The room was very spacious, clean and had fantastic views. I awoke every morning to see the sea from my bed - heaven! The a/c was a real blessing, as it was very hot during our stay. Split is a beautiful place and this apartment is ideally placed really close to everything. I would highly recommend this BnB, Split & Georgina & Tomo - such lovely people. We will be back for sure. • Our stay in the room of the family Koracak was perfect! It realy felt like home. My son said after a few days that it was just like he was with his grandparents. I think that is the best compliment you can get. Georgina and Thomo took good care of us and everything and are very nice and friendly. I enjoyed the conversations with Georgina, her English is very good. She also gave me advice for nice places and restaurants and went for information if she didn't know.
Our room was very nice and clean .... and the balcony ... wow what a view!!! We loved to sit on the balcony!!! Every morning there was a good breakfast at the table waiting for us. It sure is te best place to stay when you are in Split. It's a few minutes walking from the old town and also from the beach. Next time I hope we can have a stay again.

  • We had a great stay in Split. The apartments location is fantastic, and breakfast was included and always delicious! The view is also fantastic!
However we we're unaware it would be a shared bathroom and complete apartment with the hosts. They were wonderful, it just caught us off guard at first.
We would love to go back again sometime.

  • Unfortunately I became sick 1 day out from staying with Kolja's family and so could not travel. Kolja was very understanding and friendly in our interactions and checked on my health even after the booking dates were over! Thank you for your concern and understanding Kolja!

  • Kolya's mom Georgina very pritny, caring and kind person. Stay at their house was a very pleasant experience for us. And the house itself is pleased cleanliness and comfort. Is in a very good location. Close to the center (7 minutes walk), close to the beach, bus station, port (5 minutes). Amazing views from the terrace. A nice bonus was a delicious breakfast of Georgina.

  • What wonderful hosts we had staying with Kolja's family! They were really helpful and we had a very excellent time staying in their home.
The room is very large with a outside deck and terrific view of the city and the dock. It's 5 minutes to the main city and 5 minutes to the beach so in a really great location. We would recommend it highly and hope to return for another visit.
