The Tiny House was just as described, perfect for 2 people, great location (central to everything ), biking/walking distance to coffee shop, markets and restaurants, nice neighborhood, easy-self check-in and prompt communication from host. Having the bikes to use were very convenient. Make sure to check out the guide book, it had some great recommendations. My boyfriend and I had a great time there and would definitely stay again!

Our host was wonderful. Great communication and responsiveness. It was our first tiny house experience. The location is hard to beat. Austin is an amazing city and this location worked really well for us. Thanks for a great stay!

I enjoyed my stay at Brad's tiny house. Sean was very responsive and helpful - he even allowed me to check-in earlier than listed. Overall, great stay. Thank you!

My fiance and I adored the Tiny House! It's super cozy, and perfect for two people who are mostly out and about, and just need a place to crash for the night. The place is clean and comfortable, and situated within a 10 minute drive of most of the popular areas of Austin, such as Rainey St, South Congress, and Downtown. The host even provides a binder of local recommendations, which we took full advantage of! I do want to note that we never met Sean or Brad in person; you self check-in when you arrive, which was really convenient for us because we landed in Austin at 11pm. One thing to note is we had some trouble with the wifi: our phones wouldn't connect half the time, and when they finally did, the internet was pretty slow. Power cycling the router repeatedly seems to help :)

This was a great tiny home to stay in. Small, but not too small. It was a great little getaway and I would gladly stay there again.

The TinyHouse was the perfect place for a long weekend getaway in Austin! The location can't be beat and having the bikes made getting around very convenient. The AC also worked great which was a big plus visiting in August!

Sean User ProfileSean is a superhost.

I am an Austin native and current resident. I grew up in Rosedale and bought my first condo in Barton Hills in 2005. I love Austin and have humbly watched it grow to the world metropolis it is today.

Things that get me up in the morning: friends, family, freedom of expression and a good cup of coffee. Cheers!
