Perfect location in a beautifully restored historic Townhouse on a quiet cobbled street in the centre of the medieval town . The enchanting Tosca stone House has 4 apartments, designed to give the guests a sense of history and comfort.
This Luxury Apartment is on the second floor and has 1 bedroom with a balcony to the street, living room also with balcony, a bathroom and a kitchen with dining area. The rooftop terrace is not shared this summer.
There is a smart TV and Fiber Optic Internet.

The space
This Luxurious Apartment is referred to as No2. It has A/C for winter or summer comfort . Due to the unique design the thick Tosca stones and natural ventilation systems maintain a very comfortable temperature. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stovetop, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and a washing machine. The place is approx. 65 Sq.meters.
Javea’s historic quarter is charming with its quiet narrow streets , wrought iron balconies , large wooden front doors and stone porticoes.

The Main House door has a combination lock; the code is sent to you a few days before arrival. Once inside the house, each apartment has its own set of keys.

There are many very good restaurants just minutes away from the house and several shops , banks supermarkets all walking distance. Everything you might want can be bought in the village.
The rich cultural heritage , the celebrations and fiestas, the market and the town square add to the sense of romance , fun and enjoyment.
I suggest you research the Javea Fiesta Guide & Calendar 2020 in Javea to find out about the various festivities and concerts that take place on or around town. Look for pamphlets advertising anything on the church square or at Casa de Cultura. Pass by the Tourist office just a around the corner.

I was a lawyer for many years in Canada until I moved to Ibiza where I lived, travelling around for 10 years. I am now settled in Javea, which I love and still go to Kenya where I manufacture leather beaded goods. My shop is across the street from Casa Tosca and is open in the summer. I like houses that have a soul, a nice place to relax where the weather is great and the ocean not far.
