Casa accogliente, spaziosa e molto luminosa. La zona è centralissima, comoda per chi arriva a Termini e per visitare le principali attrazioni di Roma. Luca risponde per mail in maniera molto veloce e precisa.
Luca's apparment is very confortable and well suited. His mother who recieved us, was very sweet and kind. Also help us out to order a taxi to the airport at our departure. Overall we had a great experience.
Close to the metro, walking distance to the termini station. It may be true the area around the location is a bit messy, but nothing terrible, and I think in part represents what happens to any big city giving a different perspective on the rome experience.
Luca and her Mom are very nice and helpful. My flight got delayed for 13 hrs, and they helped me to settle down in the middle of night. Apt is exact the same as in the picture. The only downside is that the outside street is not very nice. Well, it's next to a train station, so.....
Luca was very pleasant and answered all my questions helpfully.
His mother who accepted us didn't speak English very well and unfortunately we couldn't understand her when she tried to help us.
The neighborhood itself wasn't very pleasant because it is full of foreigners, and as two teenage girls we didn't feel very comfortable there. All of the stores in that area weren't Italian. We were very disappointed from the neighborhood because there were no locals there. Moreover, it is very noisy.
However, it is close to Termini station and to the center. It is close to a metro station which is very comfortable.
The house itself was very big and clean. It was very comfortable. However, in our opinion it wasn't lightened enough and it was a bit dark after the sun came down.
We enjoyed very much our stay in the apartment. Everything was as promised: we really found good restaurants near there, supermarkets, bus terminal, subway and train station. Mrs. Amendola and Luca are very kindly people and they were extremely gracious in allowing us to use the apartment until the late afternoon, surpassing the usual check out time. Thank you very much and a big hug for both!

Rome is my city: I've been living here since I've born. Now I moved between Barcelona and Cadaqués, in Spain, where I work like a graphic designer. I've prepared a short guide with places to visit and things to do during your visit.
Hope you'll feel at home in my places...
