A lot of labor was needed to renovate the canalhouse beautifully. We hope you will appreciate the labor and the effort that has been put in and respect it. We go by the rule that we trust that you will respect our home the way you respect yours and hope that you will feel at home in Amsterdam. We support good health, therefore smoking the the apartment is not permitted.
Wonderful one night stay at Sumita's place. Comfy bed, great location (ten mins walk from train station). We were able to check out really late, which was much appreciated since we were boarding a night train! Thanks so much Sumita!
Sumita was wonderful and very friendly! We loved the room and it was located right next to one of the beautiful canals. The place was a little bit smaller than what I expected, but it was cozy. It was a great place for a night! We did have complications finding the location of the house with the video provided. Fortunately, we had purchased a SIM card and used google maps to get to our location. However, I believe Sumita is updating the video! We definitely enjoyed our stay. Thank you.
I'm sorry that you had difficulties getting to us, due to the removal of a big fixed bill board sign in town, the rest of the instructions remain unchanged. The written description has, despite the changes of the bill board, other clues that indicated where to go to. (the big bill board sign was removed one week prior to your arrival) Thank you for indicating where the difficulty was, I've made a new video and have used fixed landmarks to indicate where to go to, to make it clearer to our future guests.
As for the space, the size of our space is indicated in square feet and square meters in the general information about our guest room. Prior to booking our place, this was already there to make our guests aware of it.
We have a flexible check in and check out policy, consequently, I might be running a wee bit behind with the cleaning, as we want our guests to have a clean space to stay. Again apologies for making you wait.
Thank you for your visit.
This apartment is in a very local area with amazing food. You can walk to every major tourist attraction and still get the experience of every day life in Amsterdam. Sumita was a great host she gave us great recommendations on places to eat and drink. The apartment was really clean and she provided all the essentials. Next time we are in Amsterdam we would love to stay here again
아주 친절했고, 위치도 정확했습니다. 다만, 암스테르담 도시 자체가 길찾기가 너무 어려웠어요..;
she was very sweet and kind, room was cozy and tidy but the location was little bit difficult to find for the first visitor of Amsterdam..
Hello Bo Keyong Byeon,
I'm sorry you experienced difficulties reaching us due to changes of the bill board sign. I've just realized it upon indications of Nicole Frances. I've made a new video and have used fixed landmarks to indicate where to go to reach us.
Thank you for your visit.
Sumita was very welcoming to our place. She allowed us to store luggage before we checked in and also were able to use bikes and museum card. It made our trip enjoyable.
