A lot of labor was needed to renovate the canalhouse beautifully. We hope you will appreciate the labor and the effort that has been put in and respect it. We go by the rule that we trust that you will respect our home the way you respect yours and hope that you will feel at home in Amsterdam. We support good health, therefore smoking the the apartment is not permitted.
This is fabulous! We were sadly only there for 1 night but could have stayed for much longer. Clean, in great place and very thoughtful person.
What a gem! We were more than pleased with the studio :) The location was ideal for the train station, boat trips, Anne Frank's house & the red light district. But still nice & quiet away from the noise. Felt a good safe area. Very pretty location on the canal
The studio was very clean, bed super comfortable & it had all we needed. Sumita was a great host - meeting us & recomending places to eat etc. Also allowing us to leave our luggage in her little luggage cupboard early on day of arrival & late on our departure. Would recommend! :)
Had a great stay at Sumita's! She was a very sweet and friendly host. She shared all her favorite local cafés and restaurants with us which she already had highlighted on a map and even let us use her two bikes. The space itself is lovely and conveniently located. Just a few minutes walk to the train station, dam square, and a ton of cute little shops. Great water pressure in the shower and super comfy bed! We'd definitely stay here again :)
We had a great time staying at Sumitas. The place was everything we needed, in a perfect location, close to great restaurants and in a really beautiful area.
Sumita was a great host, she was there to meet us and so pleasant and happy to chat to. She also gave us advice on restaurants to eat us and lent us her bikes to ride around the city.
I would recommend Sumitas canal house to everyone I know!
