Daniel and Jullian were exuberant hosts, and kind enough to take a little time from their full schedules to answer our questions and point us in the right direction. Their home is amazing and their neighborhood is a vintage treasure! We enjoyed our all to brief stay.
Daniel and Maria
We had a great stay at Daniel and Jillian's home. They were great hosts and they live in a nice neighborhood just out of the city. I would definitely recommend staying here!
Jill and Dan are such wonderful hosts! I loved staying there and will continue to stay there every time I am in Memphis. What I loved was how welcoming they were, the cat Ferel is the best, and it is very cozy and comfortable. It feels like a home away from home, not to mention it is a great location.
Daniel started communicating with me the morning of my arrival, just to make sure it went smoothly. I'm happy both he and Jill were in town, because not only did they make me feel at home, they're both really warm, happy and interesting people! Their beautiful 1920's home was even nicer than the pictures, and it is in the coolest part of Memphis - Close to about 20 restaurants, bars and coffee houses, parks, museums, and theaters. You can get to the touristy stuff pretty quickly, too, but this is the area where locals in the know go. In short, the Atlas' have a great thing going, and I hope to be a part of it again soon!
Daniel and Jillian are your ideal hosts. Neither native to Memphis, they LOVE the city. As soon as we met, we clicked. Daniel was great took me out to meet the city a bit. They are also private if that's what you look for, but natural born travelers, and a fantastic couple. They have a home in San Juan Puerto Rico and they know it. Would not book with ANYONE else in Memphis.
Great accomodations, amazing bed, clean everything, and we're helpful to every extent on my stay. I stayed an extra night in Memphis because I had so much fun with them!
Hospitable hosts, artistic old home, cool Midtown neighborhood with short walk to fun restaurants in Cooper Young area. About a mile from the theatre district (Playhouse on the Square, Hattiloo, and Circuit Theatre) as well as Overton Square, which has lots of fun shops and restaurants. I will stay again!
The Atlases were kind and accommodating hosts. The room was very comfortable, and perhaps the best aspect of our stay was that we could walk to a numerous tasty restaurants and bars! So convenient. We'd definitely recommend Daniel and Jillian. Thank you!!
