The apartment is located in a historic building which has been renovated. It combines the beauty of traditional Maltese homes with modern artistic concepts. The apartment provides a homey feeling with a well sized living room, embellished with beautiful lightning, new couch, dvd player, TV and mosaic dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven and microwave, all required cooking utensils, pots and pans. WIFI internet is also available for free. A gas heater is provided.

The media room is surrounded by two bedrooms, the main bedroom and a secondary room which can host two persons and a baby cot. The main bedroom is spacious and has been refurbished with new furniture and queen sized bed. It also enjoys a balcony which helps keep the apartment cool all year round due to the breeze that blows from the sea. It’s a great place to sit and read your favourite book while your dinner cooks after a long walk by the seaside.
A lift caters for easy access to the apartment. The public bus stop is located just outside the apartment and other popular bus stops used by language schools are all within 5 minutes.
A number of shops ensure that you have a fresh supply of products daily. A pharmacy and a hospital are located one street away. A number of boutiques are located in the area. Buses to Valletta and all other major tourist attractions all depart from Sliema including the ferry to Comino as well as all other connecting ferries to Valletta. Public transport in this part of Malta is very easily accessible and taxis to and from the apartment to St. Julians are cheap (about 10Euro)which means you are well connected round the clock.

The apartment is only 100 meters from the beach in Sliema where cafes, lounges, bars and beach clubs are located. You can also find English language schools, diving schools, International banks and art galleries.
It also offers some of the best places for walks along the coast early in the morning where you can appreciate the beauty of living on the equivalent of the Maltese Cote d’Azure! Valletta and Mdina are only 10-20 minutes away and a water taxi is available to the 3 cities. Whether you are looking for nightclubs, diving schools, flying schools, fishing, water sports, casinos or simply a relaxing holiday, this part of Malta caters for it.

Neighbourhood is full of boutiques and restaurants with historical streets of Sliema Early days showing british influence peppered with Italian restaurants, english schools, Lidos, spas, diving and sailing events. The seafront is 100 meters away and we love walking there daily.

Heating: we provide one gas heater in the apartment. The full gas tank costs 25 Euro and lasts about 4 days on full power.
The apartment is located in a residential block thus it must be kept quiet especially in the evenings. It is ideal for families and friends but is not a party place. This must be strictly adhered to.
Please provide a photocopy of your passport on arrival, at least one is required.
We observe a non smoking policy at this apartment for your convenience and that of other clients. We would like you to observe this attentively.
The balcony can provide for hours of relaxation. At the same time we kindly ask you to observe basic courtesy in order to maintain healthy neighborly relations.

Electricity and water utilities are included in the rent. A card will be given showing current meter read out and estimate consumption for your intended stay. It is the responsibility of the guest to ensure that this is not surpassed. Excess will be charged accordingly.
La casa estaba situada en una buena zona de sliema y Tony estuvo pendiente de recibirnos aunque llegamos casi a medianoche. La casa esta muy bien y en general bastante nueva.
El unico problema reside en la ducha ya que no se sujeta y tienes que tenerla en la mano todo el rato.
En la primera habitacion hay una cama muy grande y comoda
En la segunda hay tres camas individuales, un poco pequenas y con colchones no muy buenos.

Tony was great. Helpful and kind chap. Location was good as its 2 ticks away from the beach and restaurants!
Tony and his son were very friendly hosts. We (a couple & our 2year old boy) stayed for a week in October. They gave us very helpful advices (sightseeing tips, where to have breakfast, lunch or dinner and also who to call when a taxi was needed). The apartment is perfect for a family (bed, high chair, huge refridgerator, grocery store & pharmacy right around the corner) and it's super central (sometimes a bit noisy from the street an from the corridor at night).
Sliema also is a beautiful place especially the long promenade right next to the ocean.
This place is perfect. The apartment is excellent, with all the amenities one needs, and some more. The host is also helpful. In fact, the apartment made my wife's days in Malta.

Nous somme parties entre amies à Malte et nous avons toutes trouvées l'appartement conforme à la description. Très bon rapport qualité/prix.
Le quartier est idéal car il est calme et on a tout à disposition, supermarchés, restaurants, magasins et plage à 5 minutes à pied.
Les bus pour aller visiter Malte sont également juste à côté et il est possible d'aller faire la fête à St Julians sans aucunes difficultés !
Tony a été très disponible et a su s'adapter à un changement d'horaire de dernière minute à notre arrivée car nous avions perdues nos bagages à l'aéroport.
En résumé, hôte et appartement très sympa, n'hésitez pas !
