Pleasant 22 m² studio located on the 3rd and top floor of a quiet residence with elevator, facing the marina and the beach, close to all amenities (shops, restaurants, tourist places). It consists of an entrance with cupboard, a bathroom with WC and shower, a fitted and equipped kitchenette, a living room with foldaway bed and sofa, as well as a closed loggia offering direct and magnificent views of the port, the beach, the 2 lighthouses, etc. No WiFi.

The space
Quiet residence, ideally located opposite the marina, so you can have a great stay and enjoy the full sea view. The location of the studio allows you to carry out activities (jet skiing, sea walking), visits (Fishing Museum, Benedictine Palace) or shopping (Carrefour City) without having to use the car.

Cleaning is done thoroughly, all surfaces are cleaned and disinfected.
