If you love FIXER UPPER, the Barndominium is just for you!! Chip & Jo's VERY favorite project, horse barn to chic urban farmhouse, for your girls trip or family. Nestled on 16 acres w/ oak trees and a 25 acre spring-fed lake, the Barn is decorated just like it was on the show (we did add a 2-story 800 sq ft deck). The place dreams are made of as you sit back, in the very same furniture Joanne picked, while you enjoy watching that very episode! It's a truly magical experience & a must do!
The space
The Barndominium speaks for itself but as a bonus, it sits on 16 acres of the most beautiful in central Texas! Huge oak trees line the natural spring fed lake where folks are welcome to bring some fishing poles & throw in a line. If you're looking for a unique experience, blending the great outdoors with great design, look no further. Sipping wine with friends, telling stories while watching the sunset, life in Texas doesnt get much sweeter!

By confirming your booking on this platform, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to abide by the terms outlined in the GUEST/RENTER LIABILITY RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT.
The Tenant has been given permission to enter and use the property and the improvements located in 123 Spring Creek St Lacy Lakeview Tx 76705. Person or Persons whom the rental agreement is signed by and/or is listed on the Reservation, will be collectively referred to as “Renter” with “Guest” being only those persons on the approved reservation list. Together with their partners /agents/family, under common control of Owners, Kristi Bass and Zane Runyan, are collectively referred to as “Owners”. All other persons who do not have written permission are “Visitors” & therefore Unauthorized onsite.
*Guest/Renter acknowledges that part of his/her interest in the use and enjoyment of the property is its being in a natural condition, including the risk and dangers attendant on such use or enjoyment. Guest/Renter acknowledges that the property offers many activities to Guest/Renter that contain elements of risk or danger that could cause property damage, serious bodily injury, or death to Guest/Renter or others. Such risky and dangerous activities include, but are not limited to, swimming and fishing. Be advised that there is no lifeguard on duty at the lake; therefore, swim at your own risk. In addition, Guest/Renter is fully aware, and he/she has full knowledge and accepts these inherent risks and dangers whether or not listed above.
THE GUEST/RENTER UNDERSTANDS AND ACKNOWLEDGES THAT AN AGRITOURISM ENTITY IS NOT LIABLE FOR INJURY OR DEATH OF ANY AGRITOURISM PARTICIPANT, GUEST/RENTER/VISITOR RESULTING FROM ACTIVITIES, LIKE THOSE DESCRIBED ABOVE.
THE GUEST/RENTER UNDERSTANDS THAT HE/SHE HAS ACCEPTED ALL RISK OF INJURY, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, AND OTHER LOSS THAT MAY RESULT FROM THESE ACTIVITIES OR THOSE RELATED TO AGRITOURISM ACTIVITIES
It is the responsibility of the Renter to ensure Each Guest in the respective reservation has read, understands and agrees to these terms prior to arrival. A signed copy must be provided to the Owner prior to Guest/Renter arrival or access will be denied & no refunds will be given. The Renter is also responsible for and accepts the liability for each of the respective guest in his/her reservation, including but not limited to property damage, bodily injury or death. This Liability Release and indemnification is valid for this and all subsequent visits to the property by Guest/Renter. In consideration for being allowed access to the property & to engage in any activities on the property, Guest/Renter hereby:
(1) RELEASES OWNERS FOR ALL LIABILITY FOR BODILY INJURY (INCLUDING DEATH) AND PROPERTY DAMAGE SUFFERED BY GUEST/RENTER IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THE OWNER'S PROPERTY, EVEN IF THE DAMAGE/INJURY IS CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF ANOTHER GUEST/RENTER; (2) AGREES TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS OWNERS FROM ANY LIABILITY, CLAIMS OR CAUSES OF ACTION (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS FEES OR COSTS INCURRED IN DEFENDING AGAINST SUCH LIABILITY CLAIMS OR CAUSE OF ACTION) ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH GUESTS/RENTERS USE OF OWNERS PROPERTY INCLUDING (A)INJURY TO GUEST/RENTER OR ANY OF HIS/HER MINOR CHILDREN, (B)INJURY TO ANY PERSON, GUEST/RENTER/VISITOR AND THEIR MINOR CHILDREN, OR (C) DAMAGE TO PROPERTY, EVEN IF OWNERS ARE SOLELY NEGLIGENT OR STRICTLY LIABLE FOR SUCH INJURY OR DAMAGE, EXCEPT GROSS NEGLIGENCE OR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT ON THE PART OF THE OWNER; (3) COVENANTS NOT TO SUE OWNERS IN CONNECTION WITH ANY ACTIVITY ON THE PROPERTY.
