The apartment is very spacious and its open structure allows for stunning views of Table Mountain, the Atlantic Ocean and the city centre of Cape Town from the entire apartment.
This apartment is fully equipped and sleeps two people. There is an open plan lounge and dining room with a flat screen television with DVD player. The kitchen is fully fitted for your personal comfort and convenience. The bathroom is very comfortable and contains a bath and relaxing rain shower. The apartments has a private balcony. There is unlimited access to a communal rooftop swimming pool (no chairs/loungers) and small gym, both situated on the same floor.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
A refundable deposit of R1000,- needs to be paid on arrival (if not yet paid via your online booking), before handover of keys, and will be returned AFTER check-out should everything be in order.
Any loss or damage to the property and/or its contents must be paid for, whether accidental or on purpose.
Any lost keys or keys not returned will result in locks & keys being replaced and you held accountable for such charges. This is in the interest of security. Due attention is therefore advised. Should such damage or loss be more than the Key & Breakage deposit, you will forfeit your deposit and still be liable for the balance of such loss and/or damage.
We reserve the right to substitute* the applicable accommodation with another similar or higher quality accommodation, should the apartment not be "lettable" for any of the following reasons:
• Internal damage
• Death of the apartment's owner and/or spouse leading to withdrawal from the rental pool.
• Any security breach which could risk the safety of our guests.
* In case substitution isn't possible, Cape Town Rocks has the right to cancel the booking. In this case Cape Town Rocks will refund the client.
Cape Town Rocks, it's employees and/or agents does not accept liability for any loss and/or damage to any personal items and/or person for any reason whatsoever. Sufficient travel & medical insurance is therefor strongly advised.
Please note: We've got 2 identical topfloor apartments available in the Four Seasons, one with harbour view and one with mountain view. Although accommodation is confirmed in advance the exact apartment cannot be guaranteed prior to arrival.
Nice, and central apartment with an awesome view. Our hosts came on time and were very kind. It was nice to have the garage in the same building. The pool and fitness room (which are practically next door) are very nice.
The espresso bar across the street is definetely worth a visit.

Schönes helles Studio im 17 Stock mit wunderschönem Blick auf den Tafelberg, Lionhead und Kapstadt. Bewachtes Parking. Pool und Fitnessraum gleich neben an. Von aussen sieht das Gebäude nicht so toll aus, jedoch täuscht das, denn das Studio ist schön und modern.
Great apartment in a great city. I can only recommend it if you want to stay in the city centre rather than finding a place nearer the beach. Very friendly contact people as well, who organized both the pickup from the airport as well as the journey back there for me. Major plus was the parking space in the same building for the car I hired. The only thing that could perhaps be improved is the WiFi bandwith which was sometimes a bit low, other than that a smashing place to stay with a phenomenal view of Table Mountain from your balcony and a well-fitted kitchen.
Hosts were very efficient, friendly and welcoming, no problems arranging early check in. The apartment is superbly located, just 5-15 minutes walk from lots of great restaurants, cafes and shopping down town. The view is as shown in the pictures; amazing. Taxis seems to always be parked outside of the building which is convenient.
Major negative with the apartment is that it has a somewhat funky smell. We thought it might be from mould in the bathroom. Also, the toilet seat was broken.
The host met us at the agreed time and was helpful and informative and when through the facilities and access and parking. The area was close to stop 17 of the yellow route of the hop on hop off bus which is a great was to get and overview of the city and it's rich history. The apartment we clean comfortable and secure and close to cheap good eating and grocery shops. The views over the city was spectacular.
We loved staying there and would recommend it.
