Features include air conditioning, luxurious multi-spray shower, King bed with memory foam topped mattress & sumptuous 100% organic cotton bedding, chic & stylish living room with custom daybed, 43" 4K Smart TV, WI-FI, & Bose sound system, beautiful kitchen and dining area, plus 265 sq ft of private outdoor space steps away from Los Muertos Beach.

Guests have access to the large pool and sundeck at Casa Corazon, directly across the street from Los Muertos Beach.

Other things to note
Puerto Vallarta is experiencing a renaissance in growth. Casa Corazon is expanding, improving the grounds, and adding additional units. As such, there is the possibility of construction noise. Please know that construction only occurs during daytime hours, and no construction occurs on Sundays.

There is a lot directly in front of our building which may someday be built upon. A project was proposed in 2022, however, in January 2023, the government shut down the project until further notice, and the lot remains untouched.

It is also worth noting that we are located near Blue Chairs, Ritmos, and Mantamar Beach Clubs. These beach clubs play music during the day, and Blue Chairs and Almar offer evening music and shows a few times a week during high season. Holidays are VERY festive in the neighborhood, especially Christmas - New Year's Day and Easter / Semana Santa. Expect nightly parties and events from nearby resorts and clubs during these times.

My husband Bryan and I traveled to different parts of Mexico for many years, but when we discovered Puerto Vallarta, we fell in love with everything about it. When we decided to make the investment in a vacation condo we wanted to incorporate all the best things we liked from the many places we've stayed. We chose the perfect location that is steps to the beach, restaurants, clubs, shopping, etc., and loaded it with all the things we love -- a multi-spray shower with an ocean view, a luxurious bed with an ocean view, a sexy & stylish indoor living room, and an enormous private outdoor living space and terrace with the same incredible ocean view. We designed a special getaway perfectly appointed for two. Unfortunately, my beloved Bryan succumbed to pancreatic cancer, but the love we put into our beachfront oasis will endure, and we want to share that experience with other savvy travelers.
