Three decades of tasteful renovations — many using re-purposed material — have rendered this converted barn magazine-worthy. Set-back from the road on 1-acre of wooded land with a babbling brook, this conveniently-located modern home maintains its rustic allure. With 30-foot ceilings, exposed wooden beams, dozens of windows, an array of eclectic furniture, and a grand piano, the charm of the barn is immediately obvious. Perfect for romantic getaways, small retreats, family gatherings, and more.

The space
Full access to the entire home and 1 acre of land.

Bedrooms:
- Master bedroom with a King bed on the third floor with private bathroom, walk-in closet, balcony, and TV with Netflix, HBO Max, Prime Video, and more
- Second-floor bedroom with a queen bed; across from a second bathroom with a Venetian tub and high-end laundry machines
- Two bedrooms on the ground floor, one with two twin beds and the other with one queen bed. These bedrooms share a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a built-in high-pressure overhead showerhead.

**Stairs are required to access all bedrooms**

**Up to two pets may stay for a $50 fee/pet -- Pets are not allowed anywhere except the first/main floor**

Bathrooms:
3.5 baths. One full bathroom on each floor except the main/first floor, which has a half-bath.

Kitchen and dining:
- Oven with 6-burner range
- Kitchen stocked with utensils/cooking utensils, pots/pans, etc.
- Keurig, drip coffee maker, hot water kettle
- Breakfast bar
- Dining table
- Toaster oven and microwave
- Outdoor grill (must fill propane tank locally to use)

Entertainment
- Nintendo Wii
- Two TVs with Roku and all major streaming services
- Selection of board games

Beach
- Public beach access to two local beaches during the on-season (Memorial Day - Labor Day); paid-parking
- Public beach access to all give local beaches during the off-season; parking is free

Other:
The barn was built in the early 1900s to house the Ox that built the dam down the road, hence the thick, original oak floors. The second and third floors were constructed by rearranging the barm's giant beams horizontally instead of vertically. Almost all of the many abstract art pieces on the walls were painted by my mom and grandma. Everything has been modernized and we keep it sparkling clean! To make your stay easy, I have posted informational signs throughout the house that address FAQs, operating instructions and much more.

Guest access
Parking in driveway. We highly recommend bringing or renting a car. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available.

Other things to note
NO EVENTS: Events are not allowed due to zoning restrictions and agreements with neighbors. This includes bridal and baby showers, weddings and wedding prep, parties, etc. No exceptions, sorry!

PETS: Up to TWO pets are welcome for a fee of $50/pet. Pets are only allowed on the first/main floor. GUEST ASSUMES ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY PET-RELATED DAMAGES OR STAINS AND WILL BE CHARGED AT THE CLEANERS' DISCRETION. NO PETS ON FURNITURE OR BEDS, NO EXCEPTION.

Quiet, quaint, peaceful neighborhood with very friendly neighbors. Many guests remark on how at ease they feel upon arrival. Convenient but private setting. Walkable to quick eats, ice cream and convenience stores. Less than 5 mininutes to grocery stores, resteraunts, and nature reserves. Less than 10-minutes to the beach, downtown, the train station, shopping areas, fitness studios, and golf courses. Just 45 miles from New York City.
