Massive home perched on the edge of the Great Divide on an acre ,amazing views from the huge deck over the Valley and forest with wildlife. Four living areas, 4 TVs, two 4K with Netflix & Prime, fire place, Library, pool and games room. 5 proper bedrooms including master with king size bed and ensuite. Fully kitted out kitchen.
Situated in a very friendly quite street close Middle Ridge golf course and Gabbinbar and Preston Peaks yet close to town. Ideal base for family gatherings/weddings.

The space
Our home has Reverse cycle Air conditioning in all areas (except one downstairs bedroom), four living areas plus 2 outdoor areas, air hockey table, DVD players, electronic games table, board games, kids toys and books for young and old. We supply heaps of everything you need for a large groups including a table that seats upto 18 and enough cutely/crockery and kitchenware to feed them, on our 80m2 deck. If you need a little time to relax you can enjoy the pool or the wildlife or in the cooler months light the fire, wood is usually supplied ( however you may need to collect kindling from the surrounds as guests often inadvertently burn it all as wood) .

You will also find everything you need to get ready for weddings, including quality iron, two hairdryers, washers and driers and a number of large mirrors. There are also some great spots for your photographer to get some wedding day shots.
