Garden Oasis in Brooklyn's Prospect Heights

This lovely Garden apartment is in our Townhouse. We own and live on premises. Available for short-term at a daily rate. It's fully furnished and an ideal place for visitors wanting the amenities of home.

The private entire is just under the front stoop making it unassuming and modest segway to tranquil retreat and from the bustle of city life. The garden patio is perfect for reading and writing.

This apartment offers complete privacy for your stay, the apartment is quiet, comfortable for sleeping two and truly a retreat from city life, while conveniently situated in the Prospect Heights section of Brooklyn, rated one of the top neighborhoods to live in New York City! Our past guests have reviewed us highly on, comfort, and accommodations for value.

The garden patio is lovely for coffee in the mornings.

Interaction with Guests

I'm available should guests have questions by phone and text... we also live in the building so I'm around from time to time but both our listing emphasizes privacy so its for folks who are self sufficient.

The Neighborhood

Nearby attractions include; The Brooklyn Museum of Art, the Brooklyn Botanic Garden, and Prospect Park—all within short walking distance. BAM (Brooklyn Academy of Music), and the Mark Morris Dance Theater are both within reach. For nightlife and dining Vanderbilt Ave offers many of the attractions of other top neighborhoods. Washington Ave. has a range of bars and diverse array of eateries.

Getting Around

Travel to Manhattan is easily accessible via the 2, 3, 4, and 5 lines, all within a 5 to 7 minute walk from the house. The Q/B line is also nearby about a 10 minute walk. If convenience without the walk is your preference, we are two blocks from the S train makes connection to the A/C line, the 2/3, 3/4 and the Q/B.

Other Things to Note

For your convenience we provide towels, basic, shampoos and body wash, iron and board and hair dryer.

Occasionally, I make granola enjoy it if you meet some in the cupboard and nay other food items.

Helpful things to know:
•We are a none smoking house
•Check out time is 12:00 noon the last day; check in is 3:00 pm the first day of booking.
*****Kindly let us know of later arrivals or late check out as we have work and life commitments we would need to know to accommodate your special arrival or departure needs.

We would be happy to accommodate early check-ins or late departures or late arrivals IF possible for a fee of $50.00 7 days advance notice is required for consideration.

•Lost keys fees apply pending replacement costs, please be careful.
•Security deposits will be applied to damage items.
•Sleep over guests is limited to persons who booked the unit. Use of extra bedding will assume you have extra guests and charge accordingly.
•Subletting or transfer of booking without prior written notice to host is NOT permitted.
•No parties or other guest gatherings,
