Kate's place was even better than described. I had envisioned a cute little brownstone on a tree-lined street close to restaurants, transportation and groceries but really didn't expect to find it....but WE DID! Kate's home was perfect for our family (including our 15-month old grandson)...very family friendly and comfortable. We hope for another opportunity to stay at Kate's place!

Kate's apt is very lived-in and toddler-friendly. We appreciated having a comfortable place to hangout in between visits with family. It was a great location with lots of shops, parks, and restaurants within minutes.

My husband and I had a great stay in Kate's home - it was comfortable, clean, nice comfy king mattress, and in a terrific neighborhood with lots of fun restaurants and shops. It's also close to the subway to get into manhattan if you need this. We especially enjoyed exploring the beautiful waterfront area - not too far of a walk away. We would highly recommend this place to stay in.

Had an excellent stay at Kate's place! The apartment is very nice, spacious, and in a great location. Plenty of space for 4 people, and the pull-out couch is indeed quite comfy (as is the main bed)!

We loved our stay in Brooklyn at Kate's beautiful house! The neighborhood was wonderful, I only wish we had more time to try some more of the enticing food options all around it. Being walking distance to the subway, and not too far off the highway made things so much easier for us. The house was a perfect fit, especially as we were traveling with our baby. Kate was very hospitable and everything was clean and comfortable.

Kate was very responsive in communicating with me leading up to the trip and left a detailed note for us upon arrival with basic instructions for her home. It was also very kid-friendly--our daughter was ecstatic to see Elmo there waiting for her :) Location is perfect in central Cobble Hill and just a couple minutes to the Subway.
