Full second floor on a brownstone Brooklyn street. Ideal for families with small children, or traveling adults. Close to some of Brooklyn's best shops and restaurants and the F/G subway line.
A full floor in a family friendly neighborhood. Large bedroom with queen bed, living room has a "queen-plus" sleeper sofa. French doors open into a family room with a twin sleeper bed and a crib. There is also a small toddler bedroom. Large, stocked kitchen. Bathroom with shower and tub. Internet and cable, plus air conditioners and ceiling fans in each room. On street, very safe parking is available. The neighborhood just doesn't get better. Great restaurants, shopping, close to trains, and 15 minutes from Manhattan. We love the apartment and neighborhood and can provide tips and suggestions for your stay. Looking for a family, or couple, 5 max.
Kate's place is cozy, charming and has everything you need and more. You can't beat the location - in the heart of everything in Cobble Hill, next to restaurants, bars, shops, subway stops, etc. Kate was so easy to deal with, friendly and hospitable and very responsive. We had a great time and can't recommend her home more! Thank you!
We loved our stay at Kate's place! Very clean, comfortable and such a great location. So many restaurants, food markets and shops within walking distance. Kate's list of favorites really helped. We came to attend wedding for a couple who plans to stay in Brooklyn, and we look forward to visiting again someday.
It's a beautiful house located in the beautiful part of Brooklyn. A very clean house, with beautiful furniture and a lot of good books.. it's close to the subway which provided for easy access to the city.. lot of good places around.. Kate and Tom were awesome hosts and left a hearty welcome note for us.. they agreed for our last min request of having to accommodate another friend without thinking twice about it.. they didn't hurry us to check out and allowed us to take our own sweet time to move out of the house
the house is spacious, a lot of room for everything under the sun and us owned by 2 awesome people! I would strongly suggest this house for all travelers
The location for us was perfect. As this was my second time staying in the area I felt very comfortable wandering around the streets. Kate checked in with us a day or so into our trip to see how things were going. It was a nice place to stay.
Fabulous location, spotless apartment, wonderful kitchen. Owners left detailed instructions and were very nice; answered all of our many questions about the area. Definitely recommend!
We had such an AWESOME stay at Kate's place. We booked her apt during a holiday stay in NYC and it was the perfect area to enjoy the hustle and bustle of the holiday season in Manhattan while feeling right at home in Brooklyn. Kate made wonderful recommendations on restaurants and the subway is just a few blocks away. Would absolutely stay here again sun or snow!
Great location, comfortable, welcoming, close to groceries and restaurant... super neighborhood... hope to go again!
