Full second floor on a brownstone Brooklyn street. Ideal for families with small children, or traveling adults. Close to some of Brooklyn's best shops and restaurants and the F/G subway line.
A full floor in a family friendly neighborhood. Large bedroom with king size bed, living room has a "queen-plus" sleeper sofa. French doors open into a kids room with bunk beds. There is also a small study/play room. Large, stocked kitchen. Bathroom with shower and tub. Internet and streaming TV via ROKU, plus air conditioners and ceiling fans in each room. On street, very safe parking is available. The neighborhood just doesn't get better. Great restaurants, shopping, close to trains, and 15 minutes from Manhattan. We love the apartment and neighborhood and can provide tips and suggestions for your stay. Looking for a family, or couple, 5 max.
Other things to note
Internet is available. The server is named "TomKat" and the password is "TomKat00" Television is not hooked to cable but to Roku through the internet server. Streaming TV is available by turning on the TV on the right side of the TV, lowest button, and using the small remote to find a channel for moves and TV series. Netflix and Amazon are available as are Showtime and Hulu, amongst others. The small Roku remote changes the channels. The sound comes through the receiver, and the best way to adjust it is manually.
Extra toilet paper is in the black chest in the bathroom.
Please treat our house as you would yours. We have neighbors, so please be mindful of noise. Inside the kitchen closet are bags for recycling, please take out any recycling and garbage you accumulate. Recycling bins are in front of the house, and garbage goes to the right of the front stairs.
No smoking in the house please.
