Near Seattle Center (see events, section below). Amazon, Key Arena, Gates Foundation & Chihuly Glass Museum are at the bottom of the hill. We're at the top facing south near the primary view lookout. Space Needle, Seattle skyline, Mount Rainier, Sunrise & Sunset views nearby. Atop a private home in a quiet neighborhood with a very good walk score. Many restaurants (some among the most highly rated) & coffee shops withinin short walking distance. Downtown (15min) bus stop is one short block away.

The space
Awesome Apt. Near Seattle Center & Amazon Campus. The Mother In Law Apartment was actually built for a Mother in Law who had extremely good taste. The second floor deck (12'x25') is very private, surrounded by dense maple and cherry tree branches, even though it is a city home.
It has everything to help you feel you are in your home away from home including a deck BBQ, fully outfitted kitchen and extremely comfortable queen bed (according to every guest that has mentioned the bed) and a futon (firm) in the living room with a topper in the closet if a softer surface is desired.
AND, we will do everything we can to make your stay a positive experience.

Guest access
When facing the house please walk up the curved concrete steps from the street and around to the back of the home via the right (north) side of the house. Turn left up the steps to your deck. Entrance is in the back of the house (west side) from the deck (or follow the yellow 2" dots). We will give you a security code to enter the apartment. To activate the keypad, just put the palm of your hand over it and it will turn on. Enter the code then the checkmark key. To lock the door just palm the keypad with the door pulled shut.

Other things to note
This is one of Seattle's more desirable and sought after neighborhoods. We are also one of the safest neighborhoods.
