Totally recommend it!
The place is located in a very communicative amb safe area.
The apartment is comfortable and fully equipped.
We don't meet Patrick but we don't have any problem to find the acces to the apartment because he included perfect instructions.
He allowed us to have a late check out which was perfeft for us.
We definitely stay there our next time in London.

My friends and I had a great time staying in Patrick's apartment. Any problems we had Patrick would sort them out straight away for us- very much appreciated! The apartment was clean and in a fantastic location! Would love to stay there again.
Great apartment and location to tube station. A nice touch to have food essentials delivered fresh to the door on day one.
The apartment is located near Earl's Court Underground line. It is very convenient to go around the city with a bus line serving the area. Convenient stores are located nearby so that guests can stock up on items. The place is comfortable and it is fully equipped. Kitchen appliances are all available. Patrick was very prompt and flexible. The shower head holder and tap needs repair as the screws are kinda loose. We did not get the Lobby door key and one of the porters were not very happy opening the door for us. It was a wonderful experience nevertheless.
Great staying and support. Flat very well located, clean and nice!
Staying at this flat provided me with the luxury of just kicking back and enjoying my staying in London. The flat has everything you need! From extra pillows to a full on kitchen set up. The flat is spacious and has all the amenities one would probably have in one's own home. The real star is Patrick. He was prompt in answering all my questions, the check-in and out was seamless and all my concerns were dealt with deftly. The apartment is not brand new so there were a few kinks. All which he resolved quickly. The shower head got unhinged and his London maintenance man Marco fixed it. One of the features of the flat was the washing machine, it was broken when I got there. He offered to was and dry my clothes instead. He was the perfect host ! The location is great and THERE IS A LIFT! This is a god send for anyone who is familiar w apartments in London. I should just say as well that the noise from the neighbours can sometimes be heard so maybe a pair of earplugs will help. All in all I had a great stay and I felt like I was living in the city. Hotels can be so cold. Plus the size and cost of the apartment makes it all worth it.
The place is located in a very communicative and safe area. A supermarket and a tube station and a bus stop are within a walking distance. There are some really nice restaurants in the area as well. The place has also porters who are friendly and helpful. I did not meet Patrick but he included instructions on how to find and access the apartment. We had a couple of issues along the way but they were fixed quickly. Overall during the short time we spent in the apartment, we had a great time.
Hmm, where to start... The location is great as advertised. Getting there is simple if you are familiar with London. Patrick has to update his entry instructions as he says to press the porter button but there is only an intercom with no instructions to call the desk person.
The flat is as advertised, 3 people not bad, 4 would be a stretch. The first negative is that there is only one key and the front desk will not hold the key so if you do not travel as a pack, there is a lot of schedule meshing to see how to get into the flat.
The shower head doesn't stay up without a balancing act and the first step out of the shower, it's a doozy.
The clothes washing machine was broken and apparently they knew about it but neglected to inform us about it. This necessitated a trip to the laundromat down the street which was no big deal but unexpected. Patrick offered to reimburse us for the laundromat, appreciated but ehhhh.
Wifi was a definite plus and no hassles with it. Proximity to the Earls Court tube station and restaurants were cool.
Daniela never answered her phone or responded to messages. Marco did respond but mostly was of no help.
In total, having 1 maybe 2 of the negatives would not be so bad but taken all at the same time makes for just a slightly less than satisfying experience. Still our visit to London was a great experience. I hope Patrick will take these points in good faith and they will improve his flat which has great potential.
Oh, I almost forgot, Patrick you need to change your check out instructions as the front desk will not accept your keys!
Thank you for highlighting areas where we can improve - we have taken the steps you have highlighted for the future.
Maybe in the future, you can also let us know early on if there is anything we can do to improve your stay - it was a shame that you did not mention anything to me during your stay, only afterwards in the review. Things like extra keys etc, are very easily and quickly resolved.
The apartment was very spacious and located in a great area of London. It was exactly like the photos! It was only a 5 min walk to the train station and there were many supermarkets, restaurants and pubs close by. There was a bus stop on the block which took you to the city centre and oxford st! Patrick was also a fantastic host and responded to messages very quickly. He also allowed us to have a late checkout which was very convinent. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay there again next time we are in London.
