The apartment was just as it was pictured. It was very convenient to the public transportation system. Warren had left a number of helpful hints on how to find things in the area and how things worked in the apartment. When I had a question for him about something in the apartment, he was very prompt to respond. I would definitely stay here again, and would highly recommend it. It was such a good experience for my first time, that I would definitely try an airbnb again.
Have just returned from an amazing Christmas/New Year trip to Sydney, made all the more memorable by the quality of the accommodation my daughter and I stayed in. Warren's beautiful light and airy apartment was very spacious and extremely comfortable. We loved the deco and comfortable beds. The easy clean surfaces meant the apartment stayed looking great, with minimum effort, for the whole 12 days of our stay. Having access to a pool (used almost daily), balcony, gym and sauna made for a touch of luxury we did not expect to afford at this time of year.
Redfern was a great location, being close to the station, one stop down from Central, and on several train lines, we could get almost anywhere very quickly and easily, including the harbour area, beach and airport, and without being in the main hustle and bustle of the city itself. Enjoyed eating in some of the many cafes in Redfern Street. Unusual and essential shops all nearby.
Warren has been the perfect host from the moment of first contact. He was prompt in replying and provided everything we needed in a most friendly and helpful way, even wishing us a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year whilst away on his own travels. Because Warren was away we did not get to meet him, which was a great shame, but he put everything in place to make sure our arrival and departure in his absence was straightforward. Hoping to return in the not too distant future and would happily stay here again and, hopefully, meet up with Warren, who feels like a friend already.
Highly Recommended *****
Fantastic appartment, beautiful and extremely welcoming community and neighbourhood. Ideal location for commute into Sydney.
Warren is lovely and made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. The apartment is impeccable and the location immediately by the train station is super convenient. Definitely a good option for a Sydney visit.
Great stay in Redfern.
Warren was really friendly and responded efficiently to any request.
Met us on the day and showed us through the apartment. It's a beautiful place and we were very comfortable.
Great neighborhood with a heap of cool restaurants and small bars. Train Station is very accessible with the CBD only 2 stops away.
Place felt extremely safe and the carpark was very secure.

About the Host, Warren
I’ve been very fortunate as I’ve worked in small group adventure touring (currently a Partner at The Aperture Club) and have travelled widely as a result. Tour operating is about offering people unique and memorable travel experiences; ideally, through a more grass routes experience where you get to meet local people and really learn about their culture and way of life. I love these principles and love the way airbnb offers a similar unique opportunity; to share someones home and see and experience a city from a local's (that’s me) perspective. I find it enormously enriching meeting new people and hearing their individual life stories. I love living in Sydney, it’s one of the most beautiful places on the planet and would love to help make your time in Sydney (and funky Redfern) a unique and memorable adventure too.
