wow!!! Trish is the most awesome host. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed like long lost friends.
Trish and Wil are just amazingly fun people - always lots of stories and lots of laughs.
The comfortable room is private, with your own spacious bathroom. Trish had cold water in the bar fridge (in room) on our arrival along with a few fridge snacks and even a couple of little wine bottles.
Trish introduced us to some of her friends and we were invited along to watch/join in with her band practice - so much fun. Highly recommended!
I had a real nice time staying at Trish's place. She is extremely friendly and easy to talk to. I feel like we've known each other for years just after a few days. The room was great with huge private bathroom adjoining. I took advantage of the massage chair before retiring one night and I slept great. Great location with easy access to the beaches, Space Center, and Port Canaveral.
Trish described the setup perfectly! Very private, very quiet room with attached bathroom with large, open shower. Small AC under your control. Friendliest host EVER, with Kennedy Space Center stories to tell....wish I had more time to soak them all up, but I was meeting a hundred people I knew from on-line but never in person at a launch. Just a sample of her thoughtfulness - a POWER STRIP in the room to handle the five device chargers I had with me. Sausages and English Muffins in the fridge - making for a favorite breakfast. Very easy to park, off the street for peace of mind. Friendly dogs, and you could tell Trish was the ind and open-hearted one to help them, her many friends, and her guests. Would be my #1 choice for any return visit to the area for more launches.
Trish is a great hostess, very accommodating (I was able to park a 20ft box truck in her driveway). The bedroom was quiet with a private bathroom. There were drinks and food in the frig, and Trish offered dinner and breakfast (making sure you have a complete meal instead relying on fast food). Angel, Harley, and the cat are very friendly and comforting. I highly recommend visiting! Thank you Trish for everything :-)
i had a great time .bed was comfortable ,air conditioning worked great .the bathroom was cool .Trish and her family made me feel very welcome ,very laid back .close to everything and down the road from Cocoa beach .if i go back to the area I would definately come back and stay .
Trish was a great hostess, accomodating my request at the last minute. The bedroom was quiet with a private bathroom. She was very friendly and we had a very nuce chat. There were drinks in the frig. I would highly recommend visiting!
Trish is a great host and was welcoming me at her front door, although I booked at short notice and arrived around midnight. The communication previous to my arrival was prompt and ver friendly (first thing was that we sat down, had a be and talked:-).
The lounge of her 'bungalow' is filled with musical instruments which herself and guests are playing regularly, but unfortunately I missed a 'jam' with her friends, but at least I had the pleasure to hear her sing when I got home one night:-).
The guest room with en-suite large shower room at the back of the house was exactly what I needed, i.e. a quiet neighborhood, a very comfy bed, a fridge with some cold beer, a TV to wind down and a great large open rain shower to get going in the morning or wash off the remains from the day on the beach in the eve.
The only thing I felt was that the room was a bit dark, but I used the room anyway only during the night.
Trish also provide coffee, cereals, toast, fruit etc. for breakfast which was really nice. One last thing to know is that Trish also has 2 dogs and a cat which each has his/her own story.
Overall I had a very pleasant experience.

About the Host, Trish
Hi there, we're very casual here. Work in the day at KSCVC, play music at night...may have the occasional jam, but if you are guesting with me, if you want a quiet nite..then that's okay...there is a mini-poo that we recently rescued..(not yappy, but EXTREMELY friendly)...my old girl Angel ..AND a cat that showed up on the porch...once a week I cook a Filipino dinner..you are welcomed to enjoy! Breakfast fixings will be here for you, along with coffee and tea...bbq, tv and smoking on back porch..welcome to use hot tub..(if it's working..lol)..no pic of the porch as my daughter has it filled with stuff to have a tag sale! but it's really perfect for relaxing after a day of touring..you have a mini-fridge in your room..and access to the kitchen...use anything that's there... We really do live in the house! (Please join us/me in the main living area)..Meaning it will be in various states of orderliness..depending on my work schedule...whew!! If you want "hotel" perfectness, then this is not the place for you...I suggest the Radisson in Cape Canaveral...or the Hilton in Cocoa Beach...I have another small room, hence the 3 guests...or possibly 4..Older children will be considered, but, again, the activity involved with youngsters won't gel with this household..there are board games and a wii for the older kids. .I hope that you enjoy your stay with me and on the beautiful Space Coast. And just so you know..we really enjoy meeting people from around the world and the states!! There are so many options out there...We consider it an honor when you choose to stay with us! I have a disabled brother who I help support..the rents that I get go to (email hidden) help him have a better life..and I thank you!!
