Our lake front home is the perfect spot from which to enjoy the splendor of nature. It is designed with the intention of bringing the outdoors in, so that the experience indoors is in harmony with the experience outdoors. With 3 bedrooms, 4 beds ,3 full bathrooms, and decks with barrel sauna and hot tub, this home is perfect for families. We are nestled in a community that values the quiet of lake living and peaceful evenings; it's the ideal spot for guests that are looking for the same!

The space
With almost 1000 sq. ft. of cedar deck over 2 levels the the opportunities for enjoying the views and relaxing are limitless. Enjoy the hot tub, sauna and covered sitting area while taking in the unobstructed views of the lake or a gentle swing while taking in the natural beauty of the trees.

The top floor is a private master retreat. The bedroom has a king size bed, sitting area and views of the lake. The large en-suite bathroom had his and hers sinks, a walk-in shower, soaker tub and a door that separates the toilet from rest of bathroom for privacy.

The main floor includes the kitchen, dining area, living room with gas fireplace, games room (with basketball game and foosball table), full bathroom and laundry room. The upper deck is directly off the kitchen making it a perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or a lounge.

The bottom level includes a room with a queen bed and view of the lake as well as a large bedroom with 2 queen beds and views of the trees and valley. Also on this level is a bathroom, large living room with a TV and a couch that can be turned into a sleeping area.

Access to the bottom deck, hot tub, BBQ and outdoor dining area from lower level.

Side yard and fire pit and swing and for the ADVENTUROUS AND FIT, a STEEP walk down to the lake (may not be suitable for young children and elderly).

The home is in a private gated community with 24 hour security.
There are other recreational activities available within a 10 minute walk such as a tennis court, golf course, library, playground and outdoor swimming pool. There is also a marina with kayak, canoe and paddle boards for rent as well as 2 beaches for the community. You are a 15 minute walk from the spa, restaurants, convenience store and quaint little shops.

A 15 minute car ride will get you Barkley Square - 24 hour grocery store, movie theatre and restaurants.
