View Talay 2-A has a two level swimming pool with crystal clear water that cascades like a waterfall from the main pool down into the children's pool and is one of the largest and most beautiful swimming pools in Jomtien.
A poolside restaurant and snack bar serving European and Thai dishes is at your service to cater for all your needs, while you relax on the sun-beds by this amazing swimming pool and all this surrounded in a lush green tropical garden oasis.
On the ground floor there is a reception and information office, where you can obtain the Wi-Fi Internet service, there is also an ATM machine for your convenience just outside the front entrance door to the condominium.
Three air-conditioned lifts that will speed you to whatever floors you wish to go to.
There are various shops that will cater for all your needs, Internet cafes if you prefer this option to an internet connection in your room, so that you can keep in touch with your loved ones back home or do business while you are away there are also some restaurants and snack bars.
A mini-market where you can buy all your essentials and there is a very well stocked delicatessen supermarket called “Foodmart” open 24 hours just a 10-minute walk away. Launderettes where you can hand in your things to be washed and ironed at very reasonable prices, normally they will be ready for you to collect the following day.
Massage parlours, Hairdressers, and Beauty salons, where you can be pampered ready to go out and enjoy the wonderful nightlife that Jomtien and Pattaya City have to offer, you will not need to look far and most certainly you will not become bored.
There is ample parking in the building area with 24-hour security it is fully enclosed with one entrance gate controlled by guards, an electronic security card system to enter the building and also to enter the swimming pool area, and there are CCTV cameras on all of the floors.
Close to many of the finest restaurants in Jomtien and Pattaya city and is situated at the North side of Jomtien, which is the closest side to South Pattaya making it only a short distance from one of the most exciting holiday entertainment spots and shopping areas of Southeast Asia.

Once you have arrived and settled into your new accommodation after you’re tiring journey, I think you will be ready to go out and explore the neighborhood.
Staying at View Talay 2/A is no problem to get around, just a short 10-minute walk and you will be on the beach or a short Baht taxi (Songthaew) ride and you will be in the center of Pattaya City.
Is more of a residential locality of Pattaya and therefore is more of a relaxed and peaceful place to enjoy your sunbathing.
This is where the sunshine lovers of Pattaya go in the daytime, those who have learned about it. Jomtien Beach and Dong Tan Beach are very popular also because of their beautiful tree shaded long wide beaches, clean waters and relaxed atmosphere.
On the beachfront road you will find many attractive little restaurants serving different types of cuisine and further down beach road there are some good seafood restaurants and also street food along most roadsides, something that Southeast Asia is very famous for.
There are many nice bars especially down the (Soi) side streets, and also a few nightspots here and there; this is an interesting place to have an enjoyable evening stroll around or down the beach road.
There is a very big well-known evening market with many street foods to try; this is a market not to be missed well worth a visit.
It is called The Thepprasit Road Weekend Night Market and is near the junction with Sukhumvit Road not too far away just a short taxi ride, every Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings, and personally I love it.
Jomtien also has some of the finest restaurants in the area, for example all of these are in a short walking distance from View Talay 2-A.
Bruno's (International), Pan-Pan (Italian), Indian by Nature, Manhattan Steak House, Akvavit (Scandinavian), Gian's (Italian), News Steak & Grill (Swedish), Shenanigans Irish Pub & Restaurant, Simon’s Fish & Chips (English) to name but a few.
There are many different types of cuisine's in this area to satisfy everyone’s taste.
The “Extreme” city, as it is called, and you can get there in 10 minutes there is an excellent 24-hour Baht bus service that stops directly in front of View Talay entrance gate, which is on the main road between Jomtien beach and South Pattaya.
It is very famous for its nightlife entertainment and the infamous “Walking Street” at the South end of the city.
There are numerous nightspots, Disco bars, Go-go bars, Entertainment complexes, Discotheques, and areas full of bars dotted all over the city you name it and Pattaya has it, you will not go thirsty or hungry here.
All kinds of eating places everywhere you look from 5 star famous hotels, International restaurants, well known takeaways and the fantastic selection of street foods.
Excellent for shopping with many new air-conditioned shopping malls and boasts the largest mall in Southeast Asia called "Central Festival" with multiplex cinemas and the Pattaya Hilton hotel towering on the roof overlooking all of Pattaya bay.
There are also many daily and weekly markets in and around Pattaya, one of the most well known large ones is the Pattaya Tai Day Market every Tuesday and Friday at the end of Soi Bua Khao near South Pattaya Thai Road.
Opposite there is TukCom electronics, computer and mobile phone center, here there is nothing you cannot find.
Around the city there are 3 Tesco Lotus superstores and 2 Big C superstores, and also brand name shopping outlets with excellent priced goods.
The Hard Rock Café Hotel which is on the North side of Pattaya beach road together with many high class establishments in this area. There are all kinds of entertainment venues in and around the city, too many to explain all but you can have a very enjoyable time exploring it all, including Bowling alleys, Go-kart racing, Water parks and much more.
All this is only a 10-minute, 20 Baht bus (Songthaew) ride away and there is also a motorbike Taxi service at the entrance if you prefer.
There are Baht taxi's (Songthaew) that run 24-hours and stop directly outside the main entrance gate to View Talay 2/A, to take you down Jomtien beach or into Pattaya City for some shopping or going for a night out.
They will also take you anywhere you wish to go....
There is also a motorbike taxi service always available if you prefer at the side of the main entrance gate.
Smoking is Not Allowed inside the Apartment:
Damage to Walls:
It is not permitted to make holes in the walls of any type (e.g. Nails, Screws, Hooks, stickers and adhesives) on the walls for the hanging of pictures or otherwise, a minimum of 1000 Baht will be charged and withheld from the security deposit for each and every hole or damage made to the walls.
Damage to Furnishing:
Damage to furniture, equipment, interior fixtures or fittings due to negligence will result in partial or total loss of the security deposit. Damage will be assessed at the discretion of the management.
It is the responsibility of the tenant for room cleaning and to keep bedding and towels clean, an excellent laundry service is available on the ground floor, there is also a maid service if you wish. Please do not remove towels from the apartment.
Loss or Damage:
The management accepts no responsibility for loss or damage of personal property or belongings for the duration of the tenants rental contract of the apartment.
The tenants are responsible for the care and safekeeping of their personal effects and are expected to make adequate insurance arrangements on their own account.

Loss of Room Keys:
There will be a 1000 baht charge for the loss of Room Keys and Electronic Security Pass.

A compact but fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave oven and a modern electronic ceramic 2 hob cooker. all kitchen cupboards in teak wood.
Very good quiet condo in excellent location
Check-in was efficient, informative and comprehensive. The room is exactly as it looks in the photos. The bathroom needs a special mention as it was absolutely spotless - clean, white and very bright. Very good shower.
The room itself was also very clean, with everything I needed (plates, cutlery, cooking facilities all provided), without being cluttered. Interesting view from the balcony of the ocean, city and hills in the background.
There was literally no noise in the condo block during the week I stayed there. Suprising and much appreciated.
Some extra touches showing attentive attitude of the host family - fruit and drinks in the fridge, with some crisps and peanuts (mini bar). Plenty of coat-hangers in the wardrobe (a simple thing, but makes a difference).
The block has most things you might need on the ground floor, including laundry, cafes, restaurants, hairdresser, well-stocked shop and estate agents. Very good swimming pool.
Location - Condo entrance is about 100 m from the street, where you'll find motorcycle taxis at the gate and "baht buses" into Pattaya and through Jomtein. Lots of bars and restaurants within metres of the gate.
Highly recommended and I'd definitely stay there again.

It was my second time at Carlos apartment, and everything was perfect like last time, but there were some improvements that made it even better. There is a new TV with 80+ programs, Bed is new, and even in kitchen equipment improved.
In general location is perfect, central location near Baht-Bus, and airport bus is only 5 minutes away. I was very happy, after arrval - and very thirsty - to find beer Singh in the fridge and also fresh fruit. So in general: 5 Star, highly recomended.
Я пребывала тут в течении 3-х месяцев, с декабря 2014г по март 2015г. Хозяин Карлос и его жена Тойя были очень добры и внимательны, помогли мне оформить визу, установили роутер в квартире и интернет был всегда, так как интернет от кондо практически не работал. Квартира полностью соответствует описанию и фото. Порадовало то, что квартира находится на теневой стороне и было не так жарко, как на солнечной стороне. Рядом находятся банкоматы, обмен валют, магазины. Рынок продуктов находится в одной остановке от кондо. Теско-Лотус находится в 4км от кондо и до него можно доехать на тук-туке за 10бат. Лежаки около бассейна платные- этот минус никак не относится к хозяину, но сей факт не порадовал. До пляжа надо идти, переходить дорогу с интенсивным движением. Но в общем, мое пребывание было комфортным в этой квартире, я удачно перезимовала там. В кондо было спокойно, соседи тишину не нарушали. Спасибо большое Карлосу и Тойе за гостеприимство и внимание!
Very good. We were picked up from bus station by Carlos who took us to gondo where his lovely wife was waiting for us too. There was problem with AC which they took care imidiately, whole AC unit was replaced with new one while we enjoyed coffee at Starbucks. Room is quite and nice, swimming pool is very big, there is grocery shop downstairs, within 300 m 7/11 and 24 h delicatessen where one can get western type food products. Easy to go Jomtien beach or Pattaya beach, malls etc.
Мне очень понравилось расположение, рядом пляж, банки, кафе, в 5 минутах ходьбы фуд маркет. Удобные апартаменты есть все необходимое, начиная с мелочей. Особо отмечу терпение и спокойствие владельца, у нас был поздний ночной заезд, Карлос подробно рассказал, что есть в квартире, как и чем пользоваться, несколько раз повторил, что если что то понадобится обязательно сказать ему об этом. От отдыха осталось только положительное впечатление. С удовольствием рекомендую View Talay 2 и апартаменты Карлоса.
Perfekte Gastgeber. Ich hatte das apartment von Carlos für vier Wochen gemietet und kann am Ende mur 5Sterne vergeben. Der Reihe nach: Carlos und seine Frau sind perfekte, hilfsbereite Gastgeber, das Apartment ist in optimaler Lage, schöne Aussicht, ruhig, nur ein paar Minuten zum Dongtan Strand, 10 Baht Taxen sind in 2 Minuten erreichbar, die Einrichtung ist sehr gut. Wenn man will kann man seine Einkäufe in der Mikrowelle erwärmen. Wer unbedingt kochen will findet alles Nötige in der Küchenzeile. Zum Schluss ist noch der Pool zu erwähnen, der ist gigantisch und von allen Viewtalays sicher der schönste. Und das alles kann man vom airport für 134 Baht in zwei Stunden erreichen, man muss dann von der Endstation nur noch 200m laufen. Ich freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Aufenthalt.
My overall stay was amazing! The condo was extremely comfortable, everything worked as it should, the building was quiet and the complex is located in a very convenient location. The swimming pool, on-site restaurants, laundry services, etc. were some of the best conveniences as well. Thank you for allowing me to have a GREAT & relaxing summer vacation/holiday!
