A mini-market where you can buy all your essentials and there is a very well stocked delicatessen supermarket called “Foodmart” open 24 hours just a 10-minute walk away. Launderettes where you can hand in your things to be washed and ironed at very reasonable prices, normally they will be ready for you to collect the following day.
Massage parlours, Hairdressers, and Beauty salons, where you can be pampered ready to go out and enjoy the wonderful nightlife that Jomtien and Pattaya City have to offer, you will not need to look far and most certainly you will not become bored.
There is ample parking in the building area with 24-hour security it is fully enclosed with one entrance gate controlled by guards, an electronic security card system to enter the building and also to enter the swimming pool area, and there are CCTV cameras on all of the floors.
Close to many of the finest restaurants in Jomtien and Pattaya city and is situated at the North side of Jomtien, which is the closest side to South Pattaya making it only a short distance from one of the most exciting holiday entertainment spots and shopping areas of Southeast Asia.

Once you have arrived and settled into your new accommodation after you’re tiring journey, I think you will be ready to go out and explore the neighborhood.
Staying at View Talay 2-A is no problem to get around, just a short 10 minute walk and you will be on the beach or a short Baht taxi ride (Songthaew) and you will be in the center of Pattaya City.
Is more of a residential locality of Pattaya and therefore is more of a relaxed and peaceful place to enjoy your sunbathing.
This is where the sunshine lovers of Pattaya go in the daytime, or those who have learned about it. Jomtien beach and Dong Tan beach are very popular also because of their beautiful tree shaded long wide beaches, clean waters and relaxed atmosphere.
On the beachfront road you will find many attractive little restaurants serving different types of cuisine and further down beach road there are some good seafood restaurants and also street food along most roadsides, something that South East Asia is very famous for.
There are many nice bars especially down the (Soi) side streets, and also a few nightspots here and there; this is an interesting place to have an enjoyable evening stroll around or down the beach road.
There is a very big well-known evening market with many street foods to try; this is a market not to be missed well worth a visit.
It is called The Thepprasit Road Weekend Night Market and is near the junction with Sukhumvit Road not too far away just a short taxi ride, every Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings, and personally I love it.
Jomtien also has some of the finest restaurants in the area, for example all of these are in a short walking distance from View Talay 2-A.
Bruno's (International), Pan-Pan (Italian), Indian by Nature, Manhattan Steak House, Akvavit (Scandinavian), Gian's (Italian), News Steak & Grill (Swedish), Shenanigans Irish Pub & Restaurant, Simon’s Fish & Chips (English) to name but a few.
There are many different types of cuisine's in this area to satisfy everyone’s taste.
The “Extreme” city, as it is called, and you can get there in 10 minutes there is an excellent 24-hour Baht bus service that stops directly in front of View Talay entrance gate, which is on the main road between Jomtien beach and South Pattaya.
It is very famous for its nightlife entertainment and the infamous “Walking Street” at the South end of the city.
There are numerous nightspots, Disco bars, Go-go bars, Entertainment complexes, Discotheques, and areas full of bars dotted all over the city you name it and Pattaya has it, you will not go thirsty or hungry here.
All kinds of eating places everywhere you look from 5 star famous hotels, International restaurants, well known takeaways and the fantastic selection of street foods.
Excellent for shopping with many new air-conditioned shopping malls and boasts the largest mall in Southeast Asia called "Central Festival" with multiplex cinemas and the Pattaya Hilton hotel towering on the roof overlooking all of Pattaya bay.
There are also many daily and weekly markets in and around Pattaya, one of the most well known large ones is the Pattaya Tai, day market every Tuesday and Friday at the end of Soi Buakhao near south Pattaya Thai road.
Opposite there is TukCom electronics, computer and mobile phone center, here there is nothing you cannot find.
Around the city there are 3 Tesco Lotus superstores and 2 Big C superstores, and also brand name shopping outlets with excellent priced goods.
The Hard Rock Café Hotel which is on the north side of Pattaya beach road together with many high class establishments in this area. There are all kinds of entertainment venues in and around the city, too many to explain all, but you can have a very enjoyable time exploring them, including Discos, Bowling alleys, Go-kart racing, Water Parks and much more.
All this is only a 10 minute, 20 Baht bus (Songthaew) ride away.
There are Baht taxis (Songthaew) that run 24-hours and stop directly outside the main entrance gate to View Talay 2-A, to take you down Jomtien beach or into Pattaya City for some shopping or going for a night out.
They will also take you anywhere that you wish to go.
There is also a motorbike taxi service always available if you prefer at the side of the main entrance gate.

Damage to Walls:
It is not permitted to make holes in the walls of any type (e.g. Nails, Screws, Hooks, stickers and adhesives) on the walls for the hanging of pictures or otherwise, a minimum of 1000 Baht will be charged and withheld from the security deposit for each and every hole or damage made to the walls.
Damage to Furnishing:
Damage to furniture, equipment, interior fixtures or fittings due to negligence will result in partial or total loss of the security deposit. Damage will be assessed at the discretion of the management.
It is the responsibility of the tenant for room cleaning and to keep bedding and towels clean, an excellent laundry service is available on the ground floor, there is also a maid service if you wish. Please do not remove towels from the apartment.
Loss or Damage:
The management accepts no responsibility for loss or damage of personal property or belongings for the duration of the tenants rental contract of the apartment.
The tenants are responsible for the care and safekeeping of their personal effects and are expected to make adequate insurance arrangements on their own account.

I was born in the UK and moved to Italy when I was 31 years old, since then I have lived and worked in Italy in the Tourist industry for over 26 years in "4 star, Holiday resorts" on Lake Garda in Italy, mainly in Reception and Security but also in other sectors of the resorts. Over the many years of work and self-experience in this trade, I have steadily developed a very good knowledge about Travel and Tourism.
I have also lived in Thailand since 1990 with my family and during this time we have traveled, visited and stayed in many places here over the years, from north to south and east to west as you can see in the "Guidebook" and on our F/B page, "Siam Luxury Apartments".
I have seen, experienced and learned many different some unusual, but mostly nice and pleasant things along the way.
Traveling and visiting new places is one of the most favorite things I like to do, also trying many kinds of cuisine even unusual food, and by doing this I have gained a good knowledge of this beautiful Southeast Asian area.
I also have and run other apartments around the world and with this experience too, I have learned to understand what people on holiday look for and their needs to enjoy a wonderful vacation with a nice clean, comfortable and relaxing place to stay.
