Nestled within a safe and welcoming community, the location offers numerous activities to enhance your stay. Beaches, parks, restaurants, shops, and more - are all conveniently located nearby.

The townhouse features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, an open-concept full kitchen & living area, and a patio.

Sleeping Arrangements
All bedrooms are equipped with comfortable bedding, decorated with style creating a peaceful and intimate space for a restful night's sleep.

- Master bedroom (loft) is fitted with queen size bed, dedicated workstation, and ensuite bathroom allowing for added convenience and privacy

- The front bedroom (2nd floor) offers a bunk bed (full-size above another full-size bed ), an extra twin bed accommodating the sleeping needs of multiple guests, and a dedicated workspace;

- The back bedroom (2nd Floor) features a full-size bed.

Bathrooms
There are 2.5 bathrooms in the unit and an outdoor shower:

- Powder room on the main floor
- Full bathroom with glass tile shower/tub
- Ensuite bathroom in the loft with rainforest shower.

The living area features a generous seating arrangement creating the perfect setting for quality time together, flat screen TV and attractive decor. Gather with friends and family to enjoy your favorite movies, lively conversations, or just kick back and relax.

If you enjoy cooking, our recently renovated kitchen is wonderfully stocked with all the modern appliances, cookware and basic ingredients.

Enjoy flexible dining options in this versatile living space, featuring both bar seating for four and a kitchen table that can accommodate four people as well. The layout of the kitchen effortlessly leads to a delightful space for alfresco dining.

Step outside onto the inviting furnished patio providing a perfect setting to relax, sip your morning coffee, indulge in a leisurely meal, or simply take in the fresh air. To enhance your culinary adventures, we have provided both gas and charcoal grills for your use.

All our guests have access to the entire townhouse and the patio.

There are 2 transferable parking passes available that will allow you to park on the streets of Rehoboth. But you must still pay at any meters.

At the unit there are 2 dedicated parking spaces in front of the unit and several "open" spaces in the parking lot.

Other things to note
This property only accepts dogs. The fee for either 1 or 2 dogs is $160. 2 dog max.
