Renovated 1br+1ba right on Collins Ave in the Shopping District between 7th & 8th St. From the balcony overlooking Collins you'll see Victoria's Secret, Sephora & Gap. Also comes with gated-parking, this is one of the best apartments in all of South Beach. Comes furnished and all the items you'd need to make your stay enjoyable like board games, pots&pans, 60" TV, cable&internet included. Luxuries of a hotel with the convenience of having your own pad, a block from the beach. Next door you have a Cuban Restaurant if you don't want to cook; Publix is about 1/2 mile away on 5th & Alton; Walgreens 2 blocks away; Lincoln Road 10 blocks away; bars & clubs in every direction.
Long-term lease is an option, minimum of 3 months, though flexible with the exact time-frame.
Daniel is a great host, communication is very fluent and he is always in contact in case something is needed.
The appartment is very well located, clean and big enough to fit 4 people comfortably. The garage spot is a big difference if you are renting a car! The balcony is definetely a plus as well!
I will definetely rent Daniel's appartment when back to Miami

Super séjour de 10 jours en famille chez Daniel!....étant 3 fois a Miami c'est le meilleur emplacement sur South Beach avec parking privatif inclus...Appartement super bien situe sur Collins avenue, proche des boutiques, restaurants, plages et tout ça accessible a pied, de plus Daniel est un super hôte très avenant qui se soucie toujours de notre bien être. Je vous le recommande a 200%!..En ce qui nous concerne , ce sera notre endroit idéal pour nos prochaines vacances a Miami!

Perfect location, close to the beach, restaurants and shops, the apartment was spotlessly clean and tidy, well-equipped kitchen. Daniel was very helpful, friendly and polite, easy communication, accurate and easy check in and check out. I highly recommend Daniel and his house.
Daniel sent all the information needed in prior to our visit so everything went perfectly fine. The apartement is really spacious and there was more than enough space for the three of us. It was very clean and perfectly located right across the street to Ocean Dr (like 1 minute to the beach and the bars and clubs). There are also many shopping opportunities for those who don't wanna drive to Sawgrass Mills. All in all a perfect stay at Miami Beach with a wonderful host who also gives you a lot of tips and nice information about nice places you should visit. Highly recommendable airbnb user and apartement!

I stayed 10 days with my girlfriends in Daniel's apartment during summer 2013. The apartment was very clean and spacious with all the comfort: wifi, huge kitchen, free parking, laundry service...
The place is really in heart of South Beach in Collins Avenue. The great location to relax on the beach, to shop, to eat (restaurants, supermarkets), to dance, just to have fun and great vacation.
I recommanded Daniel and his apartment without hesitation.
