Best of all, this property is just steps to the beach, making it easy to enjoy the sand, surf, and sun!
First Floor: Step into a welcoming media room that opens up to a gated courtyard with a cozy fire pit—perfect for evenings under the stars. An outdoor shower is available for rinsing off after beach adventures, along with a full laundry room, a bathroom, and a spacious bedroom featuring a full bed and two twin beds.
Second Floor: The heart of the home includes a living room, kitchen, and dining area that seamlessly flow onto a patio with ocean views. Cook dinner while watching breathtaking sunsets from the balcony. This floor also includes three bedrooms, one of which is a luxurious master suite with a full bathroom. A second full bathroom is also located on this floor for convenience.
