Welcome to Killington! We offer a year round accommodation with the convenience of walking to the lifts, free covered parking, private balcony, full kitchen, and 24/7 keyless entry. The Mountain Green condos have great seasonal amenities in our building such as indoor/outdoor pool, hot-tub, fitness center, ski rental , full service bar/restaurant, outdoor lockers. This is the ideal setup for anyone enjoying the mountain without driving to it!

The space
Our condo is in the Mountain Green Condo Building #3, aka the building with all the amenities so you never have to drive to get to any of your errands, dinner, spa, or rental shop. This is a 500 sqft studio space with fully stocked kitchen, linens, and balcony.

Unfortunately our wood burning stove has been decommissioned and we do have a freestanding electric unit for your use.

**SUMMER 2024 UPDATE: From May 15th to October 31st: There will be significant construction happening to the exterior of our property with scaffolding surrounding the building. Working hours are 8am to 5pm mon-friday. The balcony will not be able to be used as we are getting a new roof. Please keep this in mind if the balcony is what you are interested in. Our apologies!

Please be advised there will be noise during the day and you may see construction workers occasionally working on the back patio. We will do our best to communicate any and all disturbances as they arise during your stay. Thank you for your understanding!**

**Summer 2026 notice** There is active construction ongoing in the 2 buildings in our complex Mon-Fri, our building is unaffected, however there will be scaffolding surrounding the other two buildings and there may be construction noise if you are planning to use the outdoor pool during the week. Any questions please let us know. **

Neighborhood highlights

Killington is a small mountain community mostly focused around outdoor activities. There are full service restaurants within a 5 minute drive with bike rentals, deli's, Gulf gas station, and lots of hiking trails nearby. Rutland, the nearest major town is about a 20 minute drive, but the winter the roads can get very slippery so please drive safe!
