On the ground floor there is a lounge-bar with billiards and piano, a living room with TV and fireplace and a large dining room for 22 people. There is also the kitchen with office and pantry, fully equipped.
On the first floor there are 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, and in the attic two bedrooms with A/C and a bathroom.
In the garden of the Farmhouse is the swimming pool (8x4m)surrounded by comfortable sun beds to enjoy the spectacular sea views. Also a summer dining room for 22 people covered by a large natural porch of holm oaks. Chill out area, table tennis, barbecue and fronton court. Wi Fi is available throughout the property.

From the villa there is direct access to mountain routes, for hiking or cycling.
10 minutes away by car to Llavaneres Golf Course, marina and tennis club. 5 minutes away from Horse Riding.

Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the whole dwelling. The villa has a person for daily maintenance of the pool, garden and garbage collection.

For families with children we have crib, high chair, baby bath, and some games and toys.

Services are offered at home, chef, catering, massage therapist, kangaroos, guided tours of Barcelona and the surrounding area, mountain tours and flamenco shows.
