We offer a private bunkhouse room with a queen bed, two guests per room. If you are in need of additional rooms please inquire for pricing we are happy to offer the 2nd room if needed. In the rooms you will enjoy Air, TV, mini frig & coffeemakers. The bathhouse is shared just steps from rooms. Also on property is an inground pool, fire pit, outdoor kitchen and outdoor movies upon request. WIFI limited to pool area. Our 4 + acre property is our pride and joy and one that everyone enjoys.

The space
This is mostly an outdoor venue. The bunkhouse rooms are charming and comfortable but the outdoor space is the real treat! A beautiful country setting with flowers, trees and green grass. A sparkling pool with plenty of spaces to lounge in the sun, read a book or just enjoy the beauty of it all.

We live in the country about 10 miles from the town of Jefferson in Sidney. We have neighbors close by but all have acreage so it's a comfortable space. Lots of farming and agriculture surrounding the area. We have some farm animals across the road at the barn, Lil Bit our donkey, 4 little goats & Buddy the neighbor's horse that comes for play dates with his barnyard friends. A fun little group and they love carrots!

Danny grew up in this area and is a self employed general contractor, LeeAnne has been a banker for 40+ years. For the past 29 years we have been grooming the property, doing projects like the inground pool, outdoor kitchen, dining and movie area. Our Summer cabin where we enjoy sleeping all Summer and into the Fall. We have 2 daughters one married and the other lives with us. We love our property and enjoy sharing it with others. During your stay

Come enjoy the countryside, take a swim and enjoy some sun by the inground pool. Enjoy an evening fire as the sun goes down & watch an outdoor movie if you like. We can send you off to the many fun places in the neighborhood to hike, bike, wine taste and enjoy the wonderful activities in the surrounding areas .
