Beautiful area

Guests love this home’s scenic location.
We offer a private bunkhouse room with a queen bed, two guests per room. If you are in need of additional rooms please inquire for pricing we are happy to offer the 2nd room if needed. In the rooms you will enjoy Air, TV, mini frig & coffeemakers. The bathhouse is shared just steps from rooms. Also on property is an inground pool, fire pit, outdoor kitchen and outdoor movies upon request. WIFI limited to pool area. Our 4 + acre property is our pride and joy and one that everyone enjoys.

The space
This is mostly an outdoor venue. The bunkhouse rooms are charming and comfortable but the outdoor space is the real treat! A beautiful country setting with flowers, trees and green grass. A sparkling pool with plenty of spaces to lounge in the sun, read a book or just enjoy the beauty of it all.

Guest access
The entire property is available, pool, patio, outdoor kitchen and outdoor movie area. Guest rooms and shared bathhouse.

If additional rooms are needed please send inquiry.

Other things to note
Enjoy the local vineyards, Redgate, Ankeny, Coria, Emerson, Airlie & Willamette Valley to name a few. Visit the Rogue Hop Farm or the Ankeny Wildlife Refuge, biking & hiking. Float the river (bring your own boat) Great places to eat in nearby small towns etc. Enjoy our barnyard animals and the tranquility of the countryside. We love to meet people and entertain so come to the farm and enjoy your stay!

For business purposes we do have security cameras on shop located on the property. Cameras are not intended to monitor Air bnb guests but guests could be picked up if in area of the cabinet shop.

Neighborhood highlights

We live in the country about 10 miles from the town of Jefferson in Sidney. We have neighbors close by but all have acreage so it's a comfortable space. Lots of farming and agriculture surrounding the area. We have some farm animals across the road at the barn, Lil Bit the donkey, 8 goats & Buddy the neighbor's horse that comes for play dates with his barnyard friends. A fun little group and they love carrots!

Danny grew up in this area and is a self employed general contractor, LeeAnne has been a banker for 40+ years. For the past 29 years we have been grooming the property, doing projects like the inground pool, outdoor kitchen, dining and movie area. Our Summer cabin where we enjoy sleeping all Summer and into the Fall. We have 2 daughters one married and the other lives with us. We love our property and enjoy sharing it with others.
