Cordula is a wonderful hostess. She immediately made us feel welcome and helped us get settled in. It's a lovely area, within easy bus or train of downtown, with the zoo and parks convenient nearby. Cordula provides useful maps of the local area, as well as advice. I recommend the local Italian place she directed us to.
The area is as pictured - two sleeping areas with a total of 7 sleeping spaces. There are a few low overheads, as one might reasonably expect in an attic area, but it's otherwise very convenient. Cordula keeps the kitchen stocked with a few essentials if you're self catering.
Cordula was such a kind and welcoming hostess, we really loved staying her attic apartment in the leafy suburbs of Munich! The flat is not in the very centre of the city and the public transport system is not always the most easy to use but the journey into town was completely worth the effort to stay with Cordula and Eduard in their beautiful wooden house filled with paintings and wake up to hear the birds! We arrived late on the first night after a delayed flight and because the shops and restaurants were closed Cordula brought us up a home made midnight feast on a tray! Her kindness and attention to detail were very much appreciated from the lovely soap in the bathroom to the lift to the station on the last day. Thank you Cordula and Eduard! We warmly recommend your apartment and hope to stay again! Juliet and Collette
Cordula was the perfect host. Before we even got out of the car, she met us in the street. Mornings were especially perfect because we were treated to delicious fresh baked goods waiting outside our door. The neighborhood was quiet and in a very acessable location to go most anywhere.
We ended a 28 days Eurotrip in Munich and it was the perfect way to say goodbye. Cordula is adorable and the apartment is very comfortable. I highly recommend it!
One word - WOW!
Coming from Asia, we never had the chance to live in this type place. I strongly encourage all Asians to visit this place. This is a place that will leave behind a very strong feel inside your memory. The location is also perfect if you want to visit Marienplatz. Just a slow ten minutes drive away from Marienplatz. Perfect!
