This Villa is a beautifully refurbished luxury Spanish villa, offering modern amenities and traditional charm. With a private pool, garden, and terraces, it provides the ideal setting for relaxation any time of the day. The spacious bedrooms with quality beds ensure a comfortable stay, while the modern family bathrooms offer convenience and privacy. Whether you're exploring the local area or simply unwinding in style, Villa Yolanda del Mar promises an unforgettable experience.

The space
Villa Yolanda del Mar boasts a superb Sea View and is located in the popular urbanisation of La Vista, Benalmadena Pueblo, close to all amenities with no transport necessary.

The Beautiful Garden has fruit trees, a grapevine, and a Feature Wishing Well. It also includes a Private Pool, with a separate walk-in shower area and sun beds around the pool. In addition to this you will find a BBQ area for Al Fresco Dining.

There are different Terraces/Seating Areas, for all times of the day all of which are completely safe for children thus making this an "Ideal Family Holiday Location" and a "Perfect Retreat for Total Relaxation!"

There is Air Conditioning/Heating fitted throughout, including the Newly Refurbed Kitchen which is adequately furnished with dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, and all that you need for your self-catering holiday. There is also a breakfast bar island.

In addition to this you will find a separate Utility Room, for washing and drying clothes.

The Lounge is of good size, with 3 large windows making it Bright & Cheerful. There is a working Feature Fireplace for those colder winter nights in the Dining Area with an extendible table. In the Lounge are 2 large Brand New Comfortable Leather Sofas with movable head positioning for your comfort, central coffee table, Flat-Screen TV & Stereo System.

Also on the Ground Floor level there is a newly Refurbished Modern Bathroom, with toilet and shower facilities.

In addition to this there is a Seating Room/Bedroom with a Good Quality Sofa Bed.

In the Seating Room you will find an office table and chair, where you can enjoy home-working with a beautiful sea view!

All 4 bedrooms are found upstairs, all with AC, new quality beds, usb connectors, ceiling fans, dressing tables, brand new fitted wardrobes and plenty of storage space.

3 of the bedrooms have patio door access that lead out on to the Shared Terrace Area, complete with Table & Chairs, and overlooking the Pool, Gardens and out to Sea.

The Master Bedroom has its own Private Terrace furnished with Table & Chairs.
