Welcome to the Monolithic Dome Home & Farm! We are a family run business where we hold conscious retreats, cultural immersions, educational workshops, indigenous instrument building, drum circles, primitive skills, goddess gatherings, and lots more! So on our downtime- we Airbnb! :) We have multiple options to rent depending on your needs, so please read the whole description of the space to see what suits you! We do allow groups to come and stay, we just ask that you provide extra bedding. :)

The space
*Please read the following before booking :)

The Dome Home is a fun and funky new experience for sure! We live here and run our retreats, workshops, & businesses from home, so it is a constant flow of new people and reoccurring guests.

We have had people from around 20 different countries stay here and have hosted everything from family vacations to college fraternity gatherings (we had such a fun group of 17 frat guys who rented the top floor- they were so great!) This is a judgement free atmosphere and we've made some awesome friends through Airbnb who have come back to hang! Love that!

(There are waterfalls and hiking everywhere, fabulous restaurants and activities, by all means ask for places to go, we've got tips for sure!)

The Dome Home itself is 3400 sq ft, 2 levels, on 3.4 acres and we also have a primitive cabin outside we rent. This listing is for the guest room on the top level here.

We are fine with whatever group size you would like to bring, but via experience, we have learned a few things that will make it easier for both sides. :) Herego!

1.) GUESTS: Please make sure all your guests are registered, whether it is 2 or 22, this is important for insurance reasons and we appreciate you doing so. No need to put their full names, just exactly how many you plan to bring, thanks!

2.) BEDS: Please work it out amongst yourselves on the logistics of "who's sleeping where?" Whether you rent the cabin or the guest room, we provide one bed in each that should fit 2 people. Outside of that, we leave it up to your group to be responsible for bedding and sleeping arrangements. Air mattresses, sleeping bags, whatever works for you, by all means, get creative! :) We are fine with your group size, but with the amount of people that we have stay, I would need truckloads of linens, and another sepctic tank for laundry. Therefore, for extra guests we ask to B.Y.O.L. (Bring Your Own Linens.) This eliminates lots of problems all around and we thank you in advance. :)

3.) PETS: We are fine if you bring your pets, we have lots of doggies here sometimes! But be it known that we have 3 dogs and 2 cats of our own, so it might take a little time to adjust. Ours are harmless, but also farm dogs, so you'll most likely get barked at by our Rat Pack when you come. We also have 7 rabbits, chickens, ducks and a goat so if your dog isn't used to it, you might want to start with a leash. *If you're allergic to animals- this is a pet friendly place and probably not your best bet... because they are all over the property :)

4.) KITCHEN: This is constantly in use by ourselves and guests. Cooking, tincture making, it's a revolving door that never ends -but- continuously gets cleaned. That being said- you will probably never see it perfect, but make yourself at home and squeeze on in anytime! We are so used to it, you won't even phase us. :) If you'd like to bring groceries, please let us know and we will make you room in advance.
***Thanks for staying with us!***

We are almost always working on something, either home improvements or building outdoors, so we will be around if you need us but happy to let you do your thing! 3.4 acres to roam around on and trails to the creek. Pet a bunny, read a book, bang on a drum, we have lots of things you are welcome to play with!

We (William and Amy) are educators, nature enthusiasts & business owners who enjoy the quiet life in the woods being as self sufficient as possible. We have the honor of running this show with William's 3 amazing kids, Koda (11), Journey (9) and Maya (6). One day they will be fine business owners themselves! We also have William's sweet father, Angel, from Cuba who lives with us now so you will see him around too. :)
