Staying with Michelle & Jeffrey is a truly immersive, one-of-kind experience and they type that makes Airbnb so great. They are a lively and spurred couple who want nothing more than to show you the local SF experience and share stories over good food and beer. I was quickly welcomed by them, and was taken to an iconic biker bar where we got to know if other over unique craft beers. Jeffrey is a brewer and honey maker, and I got to sample both - delicious! They also treated me to a delicious breakfast in the morning. I had quite a bit of work to do as I was traveling for business, and they gave me my space when needed. If you are an outgoing and adventurous person looking for an interactive experience, this is the place for you! Thank you Michelle and Jeffrey for welcoming me into your home!

Jeffrey and Michelle are stupendous hosts, I've never had an Airbnb experience quite like this. Having lived in San Francisco for two years prior to this visit, it felt like seeing the city through new eyes thanks to Jeffrey and Michelle's wisdom and experience. The room is clean, cozy, and comfortable. Their artists' studio is full of intricate details worth exploring. Perhaps best of all, Jeffrey and Michelle are overly generous with sharing not only wisdom but also some delicious food and drink. This is a true five-star bed and breakfast experience in the heart of San Francisco. Thank you so much, Jeffrey and Michelle!

Great location, quiet at night with the windows open, and I was surprised and so excited when they made me breakfast in the mornings! (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN)! Absolutely loved my time in Haight-Ashbury!

Awesome experience! Cozy room clean and tidy. I was well fed with tasty & healthy food, home brewed coffee and ginger ale. Michelle & Jeffrey also took me out to explore the Haight and the Mission area, where we built stories with the Chocolate guy, the coconut guy, and so many others that I cannot simply list them all here. I feel safe with them even in areas that may cause some trouble. For me there're still a lot of places and things to do in San Francisco. Will definitely come back again and stay with Michelle & Jeffrey!

Michelle and Jeffrey are wonderful hosts and go above and beyond for their guests. However, I found that my expectations and theirs were a little different (i.e., after being out and about all day, I didn't mind chatting with them for a little while in the evenings/maybe sharing a meal but I wasn't interested in hanging out for extended periods of time). I would recommend this place to first time visitors to SF, free-spirits and anyone looking for a unique travel experience. I would not recommend this place to people with a specific itinerary or those who need time to themselves to recharge.

Michelle & Jeffrey User ProfileMichelle & Jeffrey is a superhost.

Jeffrey is a retired chef, baker and body therapist. He's an apprentice bee keeper brewing honey mead and ales. Michelle draws and paints. We love to make a cozy place to share with friends. We also like to send them off to local shopping and eating favorites. We always have coffee/tea, bread, cheese and fruit on hand. You will be offered a variety of breakfast choices and you will be invited to contribute to "beyond breakfast". If you let us know what you like we'll do our best to have the ingredients on hand.
