Constance is a very welcoming host. She wrote to me all the information to arrive to her house and she even make arrangement when she knew that she won't be home when I arrived. The house is simple e clean in a very quiet district. The last night we have a very interesting chat.
This was my first airbnb experience and I have to say that it surpassed all my expectations. I moved to Munich on January 5, 2015, and spent the first month in Anna’s home. Anna was a very nice and helpful host and always made me feel welcomed. The room is very comfortable, private, and spacious. I was able to use the kitchen whenever I want and everything that was in there (pans, dish washer, etc.) The wifi worked really well, only had a problem once but her son solved it right away.
I only have good things to say about Anna. I really enjoyed the time I spent there and I truly recommend it.
Anna Constance was a wonderful host! It was very easy meeting up with her on day one and she was so kind and helpful. She had maps and information galore to help us get around the city and see all the sights we wanted to. The location was a short walk from the U Bahn station, so transportation was very easy. Anna Constance was even kind enough to make us tea when we got sick. I highly recommend staying here if you are in Munich! It was my first Airbnb experience and I will definitely do it again.
Anna is a very nice and friendly person. She has organized things well in the apartment so everybody can get along easily. She even waited long for me as I arrived late due to a traffic jam.... Thanks a lot and all the best!
This accomodation was perfect for my 1 week stay in Munich. A quiet residential location, close to the Michaelipark, with good public transport links to Messe and central Munich. There are a selection of local shops and bakeries within walking distance for provisions. Anna Constance was a wonderful, thoughtful, and extremely kind, helpful host, providing lots of useful local information, and making me very welcome in her home. I am very happy to recommend Constance. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable.
If you are looking for the best accommodation, there it is. Everything was perfect.
