An entire large 1 bedroom flat with garage parking, washer/dryer (in unit), gas oven and stove, top-floor corner unit with cable TV, dining room/office, big bed and location near UCSF, Golden Gate Park and the Inner Sunset. Fantastic.
Sunny top-floor walk-up flat with private, remote-controlled covered garage parking included (think about how much you're saving considering what hotels charge!)
Anyway, my place has 1 bedroom, 1 living room & dinning room/office (double parlor layout), 1 bath (shower over tub) with wood floors throughout; nicely furnished. Kitchen with gas appliances, forced central air heat, in-unit laundry with washer & gas drier (approx. 800-900 sq ft) and is up two flights of stairs.
Also, amenity-wise: I have Comcast cable and WiFi internet. The flat is located near San Francisco's iconic Golden Gate Park (de Young & Cal Academy), 9th & Irving neighborhood, and MUNI light rail/bus public transit system and UCSF.
I like to think it's very nicely decorated and comfortable. Great cookware (pots, pans, baking pans, food processor, roasting pan) and comfortable space to rest up.
I have a garage space that's big enough for most cars. If you're driving a tank though... you'll probably need to park on the street, which is relatively easy depending on the time of the day. And, the garage is not suitable for your plug-in car yet, but UCSF and neighborhood charging stations are nearby.
Otherwise, write me for more information if you have questions. And remind me to send you the detailed instructions on how to get in and the like once you're confirmed. Thank you!
P.S. I've only ever had to cancel a reservation once and that was due to a very minor pipe burst that has been since repaired.
P.P.S. Also, the place is a great starting off base if you're looking to move to SF too. Also, helpful is that I'm a real estate agent too that can help in your home search!
The whole place!
Phone, text or email usually.
It's central, easy, and close to the Park, the Beach, and UCSF. There are great restuarants at 9th Ave and Irving and there's a great vibe too.
Oh yes, the MUNI N line is nearby as are various bus lines.
Very nice apt. Good location! Perfect. Thank you
Great place to stay! Cozy and has everything you would need. I would stay here again the next time I come through San Fran. And would recommend to family and friends. Close to transit to take you to the city, and only a few blocks to Golden Gate Park!
It's always a pleasure to stay at Kevin's apartment. The place is big and very conveniently located near the Muni's N line and near Golden Gate Park (perfect for running and biking!).
This was our first AIRBNB experience and everything we wanted was here at Kevin's place.
Excellent concise instructions for getting there and getting into garage and apt. Thank You-that made it so easy for us. Having a garage was a huge bonus-we never got back in the car except to drive home.
The location is off the beaten path of main SF action so to speak. With that said it was ideal for us because it was quiet, safe, just 3 blocks to Golden Gate Park and a longer walk to Haight Ashbury area. The Judah line is close by and there is every amenity needed in the neighborhood shops just a walk away.
Great having washer-dryer and kitchen.
We watered the plants-hope it was enough.
The one thing I would suggest is a deep cleaning of the place as the plants were quite dusty and the entry way and stairwell had a lot of tree debris on them.
This is a perfect place to stay while in the city as long as you don't mind the bit longer bus rides to SOMA area/Chinatown/Little Italy. We attempted to walk to the Chinese New Year Parade and surrendered to a taxi after 3 miles. For us it was perfect as I'm familiar with the city and the Muni runs 24/7 plus taxis are not expensive in SF.
We would stay here again.
We will recommend you to our friends and family traveling to the bay area.
Great place, good location, and Kevin was prompt in helping with anything that came up.
Had a great stay! Beautiful apartment with tons of windows and light, and all the amenities we could want.
Great location and very nice apartment. Was just a bit chilly. Overall very happy and would recommend Kevin's apartment for your trip in the region. Easy access from airports, to Downtown (20/30 min with tram/bus) and to leave the city to the south.
I had a great time staying at Kevin's place. It's really spacious and I loved going running in Golden Gate park. The neighborhood also has a lot of good places to eat and it's easy to go downtown with the N line.
Kevin was very friendly and helpful. Really nice to have his "take" on the city before we headed out.
Kevin's space was great. Its clean, and the bed was super comfortable. I really relaxing space to come back to. I love this location in the Inner Sunset. Its just a couple blocks to Arizmendi Bakery for good coffee and stupendous pastry. So, wake up, grab a coffee and pastry, and walk a couple more blocks into Golden Gate park. Both the De Young Museum and the California Institute of Sciences are right there. Or just sit in the free Botanical Gardens and have your morning repast. And to get to the rest of the city, the Muni stop is just a block or so away from the apartment, so easy! Or take the Muni down to Ocean Beach! Loved this space.
