Turn back time with trough sinks and claw foot tub and cedar beams ,distressed floors and walls with a mix of modern. Interior by H Atmosphere ( Chicago ) . Galien river marsh across street full of nature and several bikes on property for your riding pleasure .

Newly built 2019 , 3 blocks from Main Street downtown, 6 blocks from beach , enjoy all local spots and coffee shop and grocery steps away . Dead end street in very quaint neighborhood, covered front porch enclosed rear porch .

The space
Our place is on dead end street and it’s very quiet ( the entire neighborhood is quiet and quaint ) , if you listen close you can here a lot of nature from the marsh from front porch . The fire pit is on back patio and fully stocked with wood . There’s also a wood burner in main living area to set a great mood for guests or yourself . The dinning table will set 12 comfortably. At your fingertips. The kids can enjoy the custom cedar bunk beds in the basement, as well as plenty space in the basement rec room for games and movies . The basement floors are heated .
All three floors of home are temperature controlled for guaranteed even heating and cooling . We do have and baby crib ( and monitor ) on 2 Nd floor that can easily be moved around as needed . You can also e print from your phone , there’s a printer with its own email address in house for those work emails :-)) .
