This space is perfect for a couple, or a group of tree. The apartment is spacious, and is located in the heart of South Beach. Shops, drugstores, supermarket, restaurants, and night clubs are within walking distance. 1 block from Art Deco District, Colins ave, Ocean dr and only 3 blocks from the beach in extremely safe area of Miami.
Miami Beach is operated by Miami-Dade Transit (MDT). Along with neighborhoods such as Downtown and Brickell, public transit is heavily used in Miami Beach, and is a vital part of city life. Although Miami Beach has no direct Metrorail stations, numerous Metrobus lines, connect to Downtown Miami and Metrorail (i.e., the 'S' bus line). The 'South Beach Local' or 'SBL' is one of the most heavily-used lines in Miami, and connects all major points of South Beach to other major bus lines in the city. Metrobus ridership in Miami Beach is high, with some of the routes, such as the L and S alone being the busiest Metrobus routes.

Positives: The location was very convenient. The host was available when I requested towels.
Negatives: The apartment was barely furnished. The kitchen was not functional and very dirty we were afraid to use any of the plates and utensils. Bathroom was also dirty and the hot water doesn't last long, the bathroom had no floor mats or towels. The entire place was dusty I imagine only the surfaces used to walk were swept because behind and under the bed and chair was covered with an inch of dust.
This was the perfect apartment for enjoying south beach at a low cost hotels are extremely pricey on ocean but this location is only 3 blocks away has a kitchen and very spacious for two people my cousin and I had a great time we only slept and got ready in the apartment but it was an amazing deal. It could have been cleanlier but worth the price and the host was helpful didn't need to contact her at all because all things were listed on the chalkboard wall. I would definitely stay there again.
Easy check in and out. Fantastic location! Ideal for a short stay in Miami.
The apartment was clean and tidy. The location was great and in a nice suburban area but close by the main street and beach.
It would have been nice to have a TV and the wifi wasnt always consistent but overall a good find and value for money.
We had a great time at Claudia's apartment. We were about 3 blocks from the beach and right off in the heart of the South Beach fun! There were unending places to eat all within walking distance and you could rent bikes less than a block away. A 24 hour 7 eleven on the corner made it easy to pick up anything we forgot or just pick up a little snack for the beach. The apartment had everything we needed and did come with free Wifi. We didn't have any issues so Claudia didn't need to come by at all, but she still texted us to make sure everything was going OK. I would recommend this listing.
I'm very surprised by all the positive reviews. Maybe though the place has just gotten trashed over time, since no one lives there outside of vacation renters. The place is definitely not as nice as in the pictures. When we arrived there was an exposed empty electric socket in the outlet behind the bed - pretty dangerous. The tub in the shower had a big hole in it, covered by a bath mat. I imagine the floor under it has rotted or will any day now. The next door apartment had an eviction notice on it. The big window in the bedroom part of the studio is not completely covered, and the light in the pathway outside of it is very bright all night long. We had to try to block it with towels.
The whole apartment smelled like air freshener or some kind of cleaning solution, so if that would bother you, stay elsewhere.
It wasn't at all worth the $100 a night we paid, but it appears the price has dropped since then. Claudia was absent, but not unavailable, and she was flexible on the check-out time, which was helpful for us because we had a late flight.
The location is good, and it was mostly quiet, though the walls are very thin, so any noise from upstairs neighbors or people walking alongside the apartment are very easy to hear.
In general, I would say there are plenty of nicer places to stay for the same price or less. I would not stay here again.
Claudia's place was in a great location and the arrival process was very simple. Everything was as expected and we had no issues.
