Wonderful location near beaches, spring training, and bike trail. Walking distance to several local restaurants and free WiFi. Your space consists of a bedroom, sitting room with tv, small kitchenette & private bathroom and side garden with barbecue grill.
Your space will be a private bedroom with a queen size bed and a private bathroom with access to a sitting room with tv and small kitchenette .There is a full sized refrigerator with freezer, a microwave, Nuwave induction burner, and toaster in the kitchenette with a gas grill with a burner in the garden just outside your private entry door. Please note the cooking area is more of a kitchenette. We provide an induction burner, a large toaster / oven , microwave and coffee pot. The sitting room is a shared space but we only enter it occasionally to acess the washer and dryer and look to do laundry when you are out. So for the most part, it is all yours.

Interaction with Guests
We are available to you if you have questions about our area- but we do work during the week . We have lived in Palm Harbor over 20 years and are happy to recommend to you what we love about our city.
We are 5 miles from the beaches and less than 1/4 mile from the Pinellas Trail which is a bicycle- walking trail that extend more than 50 miles . Lots of restaurants close by , parks and beautiful quaint towns. Watch the sunset at Pop Stansel Park while sitting on the dock and enjoy all the beauty that Florida has to offer. In the winter- we can tell you where to see Manatees in the wild and dolphins during the day. Go fishing- rent kayaks, enjoy the restaurants in the area and simply unwind .
We are close to several beaches-Clearwater Beach, Fred Howard Park Beach in Tarpon Springs, and Award winning Caladesi Island. We have a beach bag stocked with beach towels for you to use and a cooler if you need it. We are walking distance to quaint historical downtown Palm Harbor and the beautiful cities of Dunedin and Tarpon Springs. Tampa is close by too and has a lot to offer from the Aquarium, Busch Gardens and Hybor for the nightlife.
Public transit is very difficult to use in this area , so I do recommend that you rent a car to get around or we can pick you up at the airport ( 20.00 each way) and we have bicycles you can rent for 10.00 a day.
Other Things to Note

Please do not put luggage on the bed and keep the wet towels off of the furniture . Please be gentle with our home and mindful of energy. Please keep all doors and windows closed when the ac is on and use water wisely.
The room was very clean and so large. Quite comfortable and beautiful. At Debbie and Bills we had everything we need and more! They offered us a lot of stuff for the beach and many things to eat, which is not self evident. If we come to Palm Harbor again, we hope they have the room available.
Oh my goodness, how lucky we were to find this place!! It was even better than the pictures, close to the beaches and very private! From the moment we arrived and met Bill and Debbie, until the very dreaded time we had to leave, everything was perfect. Debbie had fresh flowers AND cookies waiting on us in a beautiful suite of our own. The bathroom had a basket of bath goodies, which we were free to use. The entire place was super CLEAN!! I could live there, no problem! We had our own entrance, a sitting area with a TV, and a dining table, things to cook with, a coffee maker, microwave, etc. Debbie also had fresh orange juice and a wonderful pitcher of ice cold filtered water, along with other snack items. She also had beach towels and things if we needed those. Best Airbnb experience yet!!
We stayed just one night but found the unit extremely clean and as advertised. A separate entrance, with its own living/dining area give great privacy even though we found Debbie and Bill to be very friendly and ready to answer any questions or address any concerns we might have had
Debbie and Bill are warm, outgoing hosts who keep almost a farm on a busy street, with chickens, bees, two friendly large golden retrievers, and most of all with a gorgeous wedding flower business. There is a lovely large deck at the back with a hot tub that we didn't realize was ours to use at first. If you want to meet two interesting and well-traveled hosts with great taste in food and wine, you will have plenty of opportunity to do so here!
An outstanding part of my snowbird trip to Florida this year was the hospitality shown to me by Bill and Debbie! It was beyond what I expected, and after a month of staying there I left relaxed and invigorated. They went out of their way to take care of any of the requests I made to them for information, directions, dining, places to visit, and small amenities for the suite. And, as i brought along my dog, Anna, they were happy to have her on site and even helped with watching her at times. I truly felt like an important guest!
Our host was very welcoming and left us the paper every morning. Just a great place to relax and enjoy.
Debbie is an awesome host! She thought of so many little details, from beach supplies to candies on the night stand. She really made my husband and me feel welcome and provided some great tips on nearby spots. We would definitely stay with her again if ever in the area!
Our favorite way to travel is staying with local people. We enjoy meeting new people and learning new lifestyles. We have traveled to Spain, Holland,France, Italy ,Thailand, Africa and many other places. When we are not traveling we like to host guests. Our goal is to make you feel welcome so that you enjoy your vacation. We have a home based business and can be available if you need assistance
Some of my favorite experiences -walking the Camino de Santiago from France and from Portugal. Adopting an elephant for a day in Thailand - bathing, feeding and walking ( actually riding ) through the jungle to a waterfall.
