This listing is for our Peterson Perch room on the third floor, which has a *strict* capacity of 2 people. Children under 10 are not allowed to stay in this room due to it being in the main house. Our Orchard Suite allows children under the age of 10. Guests 18 & under must be accompanied by an adult.

Please be kind to our staff & respect our quiet hours!

Smoking is only allowed 25 feet away from the building.

The space
Private room in 3-story, 1916 historic farmhouse. Each of the 8 rooms are unique, with different amenities. All rooms have a king bed, private bath with tub/shower, TV, DVD player and small refrigerator.

There is a common area space in the downstairs of the inn.

Other things to note
Complimentary food & beverage items will now be located in your room, which include an offering of oatmeal, yogurt, snacks, water, coffee & creamer. We have coffee makers in each room, but we also offer fresh coffee & juices in the common area from 7:30am-9:30am each morning.

You are welcome to eat in your room or around the inn. The downstairs common area is quite cozy in the winter, and in the warmer summer months, lounging on the porch or at one of the tables on the grounds is also lovely.

Neighborhood highlights

We are located on the edge of Forks (population 3500), about 6 1/2 blocks from the main street. The inn is bordered by pasture land on the east and south sides, our neighbor's 1 1/2 acre yard, then City Hall on the west side and East Division Street at the front of the house on the north side.
