The space
Luxury vacation resort style home located near the world famous Las Vegas Strip and the Las Vegas Convention Center. We are licensed with the City of Las Vegas; you can rest assured your reservation is secure.

Home features a beautifully landscaped private back yard with a
- Lagoon style heated pool (please note: pool can be heated for an additional charge of $100.00 per day and it must be paid for the entirety of your stay).
- Spa (heating is included!)
- Propane BBQ
- Covered patio dining/seating numerous places to lounge, sun bathe or gather -Basketball hoop, and gazebo.

The home has a game room with 55” flat screen TV with HULU + Live TV, Disney+, ESPN+, and Fire TV.

The only problem with this property is that you may not want to leave!

The entire space is included in this rental. Please make yourself at home!

We ask that you and your guests please treat the space with respect as well as our neighbors.

Pool Heating Policy:

1. Waterfalls/water features along with the spa CANNOT be on and running while the pool is heating.*If you turn on either the pool heater will stop running and in turn, the pool will not heat.*

2. Payment request will be sent by the host via the "RESOLUTION CENTER" on Airbnb. The instructions on how to turn on the pool heater will then be provided.

3. Pool heating fee is $100.00 per day and it must be paid for the entirety of your stay. Please let us know at least 48 hours prior to your check-in as pool heating takes time to reach the desired temperature. Depending on weather, the pool can be heated to approx. up to 83 degrees.

Guests have full access to everything in the home.

-High-Speed Internet with speeds up to 150Mb/s includes WIFI throughout to keep you connected.
-Full control to pool and spa, waterfalls, heater, jets, and lighting
-A huge flat screen in living room with surround sound and full HD quality. Also equipped with HULU + Live TV, Disney+, ESPN+, and Fire TV.

The home is very large and the lot is significantly larger then most homes in the city.

No street parking allowed and please do not park on the dirt/gravel areas.

Other things to note
This is one of the best locations in Vegas in my opinion. You are only a 15-20 minute drive to the Strip and within 1-2 miles from tons of amazing food and shopping. Best Buy, Walmart/Sam's Club, Smiths, Albertsons & Whole Foods Grocery and amazing high rated food places!

We are a pet friendly home, however, we do ask that you let us know before booking how many pets will be joining you as there is a Pet Fee of $50.00 per pet that will be applied during or after your booking. If you do not disclose that you will be bringing a pet(s), there will be a $500.00 penalty. Please clean up after your pet or an additional $100.00 pet cleaning fee will be applied. Heavy shedding pets will be charged an additional $50.00 cleaning fee. Please keep your pets off the furniture and out of the pool!
