The apartment is in a quiet area, no noise, two big supermarkets by 1 km. Metro station by 2 km (Pionerskaya). The apartment is big, but not with so much fornitures, I lived there as a student for 5 Months, and I had to buy a cheap microwave, glasses, knifes, also black curtains…
