Peace and quiet

Guests say this home is in a quiet area.
First this is a private apt. It is not shared with anyone ! A beautiful little cozy spot with a kitchen with all the ammedities . Skylights make this place a bright cheerful place no matter what the season. Washer and dryer with a large walk in closet .A train goes through about a mile away a few times a day. You can hear it from a distance. I myself don't even notice it, but wanted to note it . WE DO NOT BOOK TO LOCALS! You must speak with me first unless approved.

The space
Guests are able to use the beautiful deck , they are able to do laundry on site , private driveway parking . Anything special can be added ! Full cable and movie channels are also here for your enjoyment .This place is a separate apartment with a private entrance . So cozy You will feel right at home ! It is a apartment built off of my house. I am next door to answer questions and help make your stay more enjoyable if you need anything or if not you won’t even see me !

You will have your own private entrance . Their is also an air mattress queen size bed for an addition guest . I also provide coupons for any restaurants and or events I may have for your stay . We do not rent to locals , this is not a party place , If you are local and still want to book , message me ! Ty!

Other things to note
We are centrally locates to the UofR , RIT , MCC , Strong Museum, Eastman theatre , Roberts Weslyand and 10 mind from Downtown Rochester ! One hour from the Falls. Holidays require a 2 day stay minimum.
