Midtown - the best place to be in Atlanta.
A Charming Studio at the Heart of Midtown. I recently moved to Atlanta because of my work and honestly, I could not have asked for more.
Waiting for you is a luxury studio with top-notch amenities - seriously high-speed Internet, swimming pool, gym, game room, co-working space, and a lot more. A queen-size bed with a large kitchen island and bathroom with a balcony showcasing incredible skyline views. As a tech-savvy, I am a fan of cool tech gadgets even for the apartment. This includes the Nest thermostat, some hue lights and hopefully in the future the iRobot to clean the apartment.
We are located in Midtown, a very pedestrian and vibrant area where you will see people strolling to and from restaurants, eating and drinking at sidewalk cafes, walking dogs, jogging, etc. until late at night. From the apartment, it only takes 3-5 minutes to walk to the nearest MARTA Station, the dining scene of Atlanta, epic bars and tons of boutiques for shopping.
So I hope this place becomes your dream home too. Looking forward to meeting you.
There’s no better place to stay and play than Midtown Atlanta. It’s one of the region’s defining urban districts, combining great shopping, exceptional dining and top-rated hotels. No matter the season, Midtown brings you inspired performances, exceptional museums and attractions, and dynamic festivals and events. All amid a vibrant, authentic and walkable urban environment, with the city’s largest concentration of parks and greenspace.
Midtown has an enviable transportation network that provides easy access with abundant travel choices, including four MARTA rail stations, bus service and local circulators. A pedestrian-oriented network of well lit, tree-lined sidewalks makes it easy to walk everywhere. And cyclists benefit from extensive – and expanding – bike lanes and bicycle racks.
By far, the easiest way around Midtown is in foot. With 14 miles of new sidewalks - featuring streetlights, more than 700 trees and new public plazas and pocket parks - there's never been a better time to stroll Midtown.
In the Midtown core, its always an easy walk to a MARTA rail station, or an even shorter hop to a bus stop. Whether you are headed to Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport or Buckhead's Lenox Mall, it’s a relaxed one-seat ride on the train. And it’s easy to ride MARTA.
We had a wonderful stay at Francis' apartment in Atlanta. Francis was very accommodating, having the apartment ready for us in just a few hours. Awesome location with great views of the city. We walked to dinner & live music, all minutes from the building. Incredible views from the top floor fitness center & I imagine the swimming pool is great in the summer. Francis was very responsive and easy to coordinate with.
Francis was a really helpful host - everything went as planned. The apartment was very tidy and close to everything including train stations, restaurants, bars and grocery stores. Will definitely stay here again whenever I'm in ATL - Thank you Francis!!
