Great weekend with my girls at the cutest loft!
Northern Liberty, Spring Garden and Girard, have grown to be the neighborhood to be and Spruce Harbor is such a cute park to go and hang out by the water for any generation.
Friendly Ray and Ina's place is sophisticated and convenient with all the amenities you'd need. I couldn't have asked for a better place to have as my flagship for a great weekend!
Ray welcomed us upon our arrival and showed us the space, it was perfect and exactly what we had imagined from the description. The location was ideal for us as we walked or biked everywhere. The room is close to all of the museums, the Reading Terminal Market, the convention center and great restaurants. We would stay here again!
What a wonderful place to stay for our first use of Airbnb - we will use it again!
My wife and I really enjoyed our time at the Loft! It really is a unique place to stay - the industrial feel of the space is complimented by the furniture and decorating choices. It was SO convenient to have a parking space - the Loft is conveniently located, so we pretty much walked everywhere from there and just left the car parked for the weekend. In walking distance from the Loft are the Reading Terminal Market, China Town, and even South St. shops (a long-ish walk, but totally do-able). The bed was comfy, and the whole space was impeccably clean. The kitchen has minimal supplies compared to other airbnb places we've stayed (salt & pepper packets and a container of Italian seasoning), but certainly enough to have a drink or meal during our stay. FYI if you're a serious coffee lover, just know that there is a french press but not a coffee machine. No biggie, just good to know. Ina & Ray were in touch to make sure we knew how to get in to the Loft (they were out of town, so a lovely neighbor met us with the keys and showed us around), and checked to make sure we were doing alright. We didn't end up needing to reach them again, but I got the feeling that they were easily accessible should we have needed them. We would definitely stay here again.
The apartment was lovely. It had everything I needed. Checkin and checkout where very easy. The location was great. It was less than 10 minutes walk to the convention center, one minute from a bus stop, and a block from an awesome pizza place.
I was really impressed by the loft and must say that I liked my time in Philadelphia even more because of it.
Ina and Ray are nice and forthcoming hosts. The space is tastefully furnished, spotlessly clean and rather conveniently located. There is enough of storage space for your luggage, the kitchen is well equipped and there are many small things you might need in the bathroom.
The area around is a bit of loft-style as well, but that nicely harmonizes with the style of the accommodation itself. I would like to again say thank you to Ray and Ina for providing me with an opportunity of staying in such a nice apartment!
Ray and Ina were amazing hosts! My girlfriend and I arrived at 2AM in Philadelphia and although it was extremely late, Ray kept in touch with us and made sure to greet us at the door! The apartment itself was gorgeous! Very modern and had all the amenities we needed. The apartment was only a 10 minute walk from Reading Terminal and down the street from great food and bars. Will definitely stay here again!
