Interaction with Guests
I will most likely be here to let guests into the apartment and show you everything you will need.
I also provide cafe/restaurant recommendations in the neighborhood, as well as the locations of other basic amenities.
The apartment is located on the border of the Clinton Hill and Fort Greene neighborhoods. The neighborhood is a great place to walk around, and admire old brownstone brooklyn architecture. There is a great farmers market on Saturdays in Fort Greene Park. It is very close to Pratt University as well as St. Josephs college.

I stayed at Elyse's place with my wife an entire week and had a great time. We found everything as in the pictures. The apartment is very bright (little too much in the bedroom since there is a thin white curtain which allows the light to come early in the morning) and clean with a fully equipped kitchen which helps a lot. The apt is pretty well located walking distance to the metro, restaurants and Deli in a safe
Location as we arrived late night everyday and everything went fine.
Also Elyse was very helpful and willing to help, communication was very easy.
Great place to stay!
The apartment is nice and cozy. It's in a very relaxed neighbourhood, lots of shops in the streets around. The walk to the subway is about 4 blocks, easy to do in the morning and perfectly safe even late at night. It is an oasis of peace after the hustle and bustle of Manhattan. Elyse is a very pleasant person, very trustworthy and with lots of yummy stuff around the place to snack on! Would stay with her again in a second.
We had a great and funny time at Elyse's house. The apartment was clean and has everything that you need for having a comfortable season in NYC. The subway is so close (almost four blocks) to get the G line that you take to Manhattan. We enjoyed a lot and we have plans to back!
Elyse is a very welcoming person. Communications was instantaneous. The apartment is as picture...open, light filled, comfortable bed. It is easy walking distance to Pratt Institute and the Brooklyn Navy Yard. Great restaurants are nearby. The subway is nearby and the buses are everywhere. Definitely recommend this place, and we will return. Thanks Elyse.
Everything worked very well. check in and out was very simple though Elyse was not there. Air com and ceiling fans worked very well in a very hot NYC! We were very comfortable at Elyse´s apt.
Me and my boyfriend stayed at Elyses place for ten days this summer and we couldn't have gotten a better place. The apartment is all that it claims to be, beautiful and light. Fully equiped kitchen (which we didn't use much since there are plenty of nice restaurants nearby), nice bed, clean bathroom. The apartment on a whole was very clean and tidy.
The neighborhood was very calm with lots of green areas and a small shopping street nearby. A ten minute taxi ride takes you to either lower Manhattan or Williamsburg in northern Brooklyn. Plus you're walking distance from some good shopping districts just south of Fort Greene Park, down by Fulton St and Atlantic Ave.
We actually never med Elyse in person, but she was very easy to deal with before the trip and acommodating while we were there. All in all, highly recommended!
The reservation was canceled 90 days before arrival. This is an automated posting.
