The Kreuzberg neighborhood is legendary. It is a multicultural landscape that has attracted many great icons throughout the past few decades. David Bowie, Iggy Pop, and Nick Cave all called Kreuzberg home at some point and time. The colorful streets of Kreuzberg are filled with amazing bars, international & organic/biological food markets, charming restaurants, art galleries, unique fashion botiques, parks and squares. Just a few minutes' walk in any direction can bring you to something worth seeing or experiencing: picnic in vibrant Görlitzer Park, take a bike ride along the tree-lined Landwehr Canal, shop at the Maybachufer Farmer's Market, or get a little lost on the streets of NeuKoelln and discover your own hidden corners.
Görlitzer Banhof (U1), Schoenlein Strasse (U8), Kottbusser Tor (U8, U1, busses) stations are only a short walk away. You can easily connect to all the good parts of central, west and east Berlin. Going just a few stops brings you to Friedrichshain, Zoologischer Garten, Brandenburger Tor, Potsdamer Platz, Museum Island, Hackescher Markt, Alexanderplatz, Prenzlauerberg, or Mitte.
Smoking ONLY allowed in the kitchen or outside.
Please do not answer the door downstairs for any reason unless you are expecting someone. This is for security reasons.
Don't download movies or music. We had legal problems with this already, with big fines.
If you use the shower and the floor is wet, please use the mop and clean the water for the other guests.
Please do not take any of the maps or information sheets when you go. The next guest also needs these.
Please leave the room in the same condition as you found it.
No crazy parties.
Please respect the (website hidden) and the neighbors.
You don´t have to clean the sheets, covers, or the linens. We will do that :-)
Der Raum ist schön groß, das Badezimmer war sehr sauber und hat sogar eine Badewanne. In der Küche sind alle Utensilien vorhanden, die man so braucht zum Kochen. Ich habe mich wohlgefühlt.
This apartment quiet and clean, very nice! Good location! I really comfortable in Berlin. Thanks a lot!
Overall a good experience. Getting into the apartment was confusing at first as we missed an important email, but Tim and Olivier were very helpful and made us feel right at home (thank you guys). The room itself was beautiful!
If the guy downstairs wasn't smoking our stay would have been perrrffeccctt! As we loved the location and the place in general :)
This place was great! Olivia was there to greet us when we got in and was very flexible with our schedule when our flight was delayed. The apartment is in a great location in a cool/artsy part of town. There were lots of bars and restaurants very close by, including an amazing pizza place on the corner. There are also a few train stations near by that make it very easy to get around. Tim & Friends were very gracious hosts and I would absolutely stay here again.
Een mooie ruime en lichte kamer in centraal Kreuzberg. Metrostation was +/- 10 minuten lopen.
The room was great and clean. However on Friday and Saturday there was a big noise, while under the room there is a pub with very laud music and many drunk people. The room was full of the smell of smoke and we can not even open the window for the fresh air. So for rest is not the best place but it was fun, and close to many coffee house.
