Walk to beach, hotels, restaurants, casinos, and the night life that makes Condado unique. Wide hallways and doors for wheelchair mobility, ceilings are 12 feet high, very cool and breezy. Kitchen is equipped with stainless steel refrigerator and freezer, glass top stainless steel stove/oven, microwave, coffe maker; everything you need to prepare and serve all meals.Fully a/c and ceiling fans in every room.

Access to the courtyard with large garden space for your enjoyment. We are adjacent to the Condado Lagoon Jaime Benitez park, a locals favorite for sports, exercising, yoga sessions, and family entertainment.

The cleaning fee is a one time fee for cleaning the house at the end of your stay.
We can arrange daily housekeeper service or changing of linen and/ or towels during your stay for a small additional fee. Please request if you wish to receive this service.
A coin laundry room is available for your convenience
We provide hair dryer and clothes iron so there is no need to pack that in your suitcase.
We have one parking space for this unit, but can arrange for additional spaces in a gated parking lot at a nominal cost. Please advise if you will be requiring the parking.

Kayaks and paddle boards are available for renting within 20 steps from your door. Surfing, sailing, snorkeling, windsurfing, kitesurfing, beach volleyball, beach soccer and other beach sports are common along Condado beach. Two short blocks away from the Condado Strip at Ashford Avenue, walk to all the restaurants, five star hotels, casinos and the best nightlife Condado has to offer. In addition, there is a Walgreens pharmacy and grocery stores open 24/7. Three blocks to the Puerto Rico Museum of Modern Art, or a 5 minute car ride to the Museum of Art of Puerto Rico. Only 10 minutes from San Juan International Airport, Old San Juan and our major business district.
