Such a great find! This place had everything we could have wanted! Right on the river to the back and a few steps to the beach in the front. The Kayaks, bikes, beach chairs and surf boards were the best part and such a great value if you're going to use them! Jason could not have been nicer or more accommodating. The apartment was clean and well kept with a great view!

My boyfriend and I loved staying at Dana and Jason's. We loved being right on the water and it was only a short walk across the street to the beach. The dock was very peaceful and Dana and Jason were great hosts. I actually left some clothes there and they mailed them back to me as soon as I realized it free of charge! Very peaceful place and well worth the price. Would definitely return!

Highly, highly recommend staying at Jason & Dana's apartment. We felt like we had our own waterfront place with a private dock out front!! The beach is steps away, all of the restaurants and stores within 5-10mins drive. The bed was a-mazingly comfy, and the apartment had EVERYTHING you could want or need for a beach weekend. Jason very kindly even offered us the use of his longboards and SUP/kayaks. We will definitely be back.

Jason and Dana's place was the perfect spot for our vacation, quiet and serene. We especially loved sitting out on the dock and watching the seabirds and the dolphins play. The accomodations we're comfortable and exactly as advertised. Although our hosts were away, they still checked up on us to make sure everything was ok. Tucked away from the hotspots, we were still close enough to take advantage of all Cocoa Beach had to offer.

Amazing home! It is a nature lovers paradise. I spent some time doing the parks in Orlando and went on a Disney cruise with my son and then watched the eclipse at Kennedy Space Center, but I have to say my one night at their place was my favorite! My son seemed to enjoy that the most as well and when we woke asked if we could stay for awhile. The parks are too crazy!!! I wanted to check in earlier and walk across the street to the beach but because of the eclipse we spent longer at the space center. We got dinner on the road and got in and got settled and watched the sun go down. There are various species of birds that like to congregate out by the docks. Later we went across the street to the ocean, which is extremely accessible. They were sea turtle nests. We walked back in the dark and went over to the doc to check to see if they were bioluminescence. I always wanted to see it, and chose this place hoping to catch a glimpse (only during certain months though). It was amazing! We played with the paddles in the water to watch what looked like drops of luminescent blue paint being cast out across the dark water. I got a lot of cool photos! After I put my son to bed I went outside to take some pictures and ended up sitting out there for two hours. I was supposed to be packing up our stuff for our early flight but it was just amazing! I live in a cabin in the woods in Mass. and we have fox and bald eagle right out front of our house, it was amazing to get to see various forms of wildlife and nature in Florida's setting. The night sky was incredible. The stars will be on beautiful and it was the best view of the stars I have ever seen. We do not have quite the open view in Massachusetts that can be seen in Florida. I kept playing with the bioluminescent water but the view of the stars was equally enjoyable. The Disney cruise was supposed to have opportunities for parents to relax, but nothing was as relaxing as those quiet few hours I spent on the dock. The next morning I woke at 6 to see a dolphin. Their front room has an incredible view, you can just sit on the couch and see dolphins!!! My son and I rushed out to see them and to get a photo, I thought it was one passing by but it turned out they were a ton of them feeding everywhere! Several came to the end of the doc and one came so close that he swam under it to check us out and then rushed off to do a little half turn. He was saying hello! I can't even imagine how cool it would be to hop in a kayak...

We had a BLAST in Cocoa Beach! To eat, we went to Grills, Jazzy's Mainely Lobster, Florida Fresh Grill, Pelicans on the Pier, The Fat Donkey and Coconuts on the Beach. We did the Cocoa Beach Aerial Adventure Park, visited Ron Jon's, played mini golf at Lighthouse cove, walked the Pier, completed Escape Cocoa Beach, got massages with Morakot, built sandcastles on the beach, surfed and spent time fishing and kayaking. It was such a fun vacation and Jason and Dana's place was the PERFECT place to stay. The beach is so close. and the dock was so convenient for me to tan and read a book while my boyfriend fished. Jason and Dana were out of town but anytime we needed anything they responded right away. Jason's dad even came over and let us into the garage to grab a surfboard. We loved the house and now we're dreaming of one day owning a similar home in such a perfect location. Thank you Jason and Dana for everything!!!

I grew up in Cocoa Beach so being surrounded by water it was only natural to become an avid surfer and fisherman. Traveling to Surf has taken me all over the world. Some of my favorite trips include Central America, the Caribbean, Thailand and Indonesia.
