Ian was a great host. The house was clean and very comfortable and we were right at home for three days. The six-pack of Canadian beer in the fridge was quite the welcome!
Ian's house was fantastic. He was highly communicative and flexible with my travel plans. The house is even more beautiful than the pictures show (this might have to do with the pretty fall colors ;)). Also the kitchen is fully equipped and Ian has a great set of instructions left over.
The neighborhood is quite and clean. Highly recommended.
My family had a nice stay at Ian's beautiful house for 4 days. The place is really stylish and comfortable. Ian is a great host and he left us a home manual to help us get familiar with the house.
Ian's house was well equipped, clean and comfortable. The neighborhood seemed safe and there were nice restaurants nearby. Ian communicated with us to insure that we were happy. We would return.
Ian was a wonderful host and has a beautiful home. Everything was as advertised, and more! The kitchen was beautifully set up, and the entire house was easy to manage. Ian was very helpful with offering restaurant recommendations and tips about the Kitchener area. Definitely enjoyed my trip and look forward to coming back!
Renting Ian's space has been one of our best experiences with airbnb so it surprised me when he said he is new to renting. He was very responsive and accommodating, allowing us to charge our Model S in his driveway. He left us a list of recommendations on what restaurants, bars, cafes, etc to go to in the city based on his preferences giving it a nice personal touch. His house was spotless and his robot vacuum even cleaned up after us each morning. We were working an event in the area so we only really spent our sleeping hours in Ian's house which is unfortunate because he has a great kitchen, dining room, basement, and living space. We would love to stay with Ian again! I give him my highest recommendation.
I booked this accomodation for a Professor visiting from New Zealand with his family. He was very pleased with the accomodation and the host. My company will definitely be using this accomodation in the future.

About the Host, Ian
I like cooking, sailing, sports cars, oceans, jungles and camping. I have two older brothers that I love traveling with whenever i can. When it comes to renting I'm respectable, quite and clean. I like meeting and learning about different people and cultures and I'm up for any adventure! My house is carpet free, allergen free and always super clean.
